Great location, room clean but old design. Shower curtain very old and dirty by mould, but the location it more than top 10, staff helpful by WeChat. ABF full function

The good Location, very helpful staff (mini from the front desk),the Hall,lobby looks grand. The can be improve Hotel need major renovation,as it's very old ,Carpet is very hard to maintain especially for such a old hotel and fully carpet. ROom have a very unpleasant carpet smell once u enter the room breakfast is very normal ,tasteless Not easy to locate as it's in the Alley and didi could only stop u at the main road as car is not accessible

The operators are helpful with kindness, especially Leo. Eventually, the breakfast was horrible and tasteless, better find your own breakfast.

The hotel was good, location perfect right next to wuyi square subway. Lobby is nice but rooms a little run down. Wallpaper is damaged or peeling and maintenance of things like bathroom extractor fan is poor, probably contributing to the damp issues affecting the walls. But a perfectly ok last minute booking

One of the best hotel in Changsha. Reasonable price and friendly front lady. The location is great, easy to walk to anywhere. Would love to thanks Lulu or Mini , the front lady that upgrade the room for us and very helpful for travel information. Will come back next time 5 star for Lulu or Mini!!!

Terrible smell in outdated rooms, desperately in need of renovation. Staff is very helpful

Not good service , I have the big luggaga and want the taxi go to the airport, the staff can not help me to call the taxi and told me go to to the outside to catch the taxj by yourself. Terrible!!!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s walking distance from Wu Yi Plaza subway station. But remember to take exit 7 which leads directly to the hotel. The subway station is very big so using the wrong exit will mean you take a longer walk. Many eating places and shopping malls near the hotel.

Do not expect too much, but the price is super cheap. I was staying at this hotel at 2016 when it was Crowne Plaza, when the subway was under consrtruction, and remember that the spot is super! So I dont expect too much with the service from the new management. The location is super! close to anywhere. Thats all I need.

Great location, breakfast was ok, very easy to get around, the room is a bit old, air conditioner is not cooling enough but staff at front desk very helpful especially Nina.

Great location!! Shopping and restaurants are nearby. This is a bit old but clean, wifi is good.
