A very well kept established hotel with large room , clean, impressive toiletries ( Appelles brand ), excellently located to main tourist spots.Though Changsha is a place full of wonderful food ( chilli drenched fish head), there is a McDonald next door (just in case). The hotel staff also very polite and very kind in giving us free goodies bag ( full of local famous Hunan snacks) and by booking with Trip.com, was offered free most famous Local Bubble tea Cha Yan Yue Se 茶颜悦色 delivered to room. Thank you

We had a very pleasant stay here, the room was clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes available. The pool and steam room were great, but why does ping pong cost 150元?

Hotel is in a great location. Only a few km from major tourist locations such as pedestrian street, Orange Isle and the mountain. Service was great. Room was clean and met the booking requirements. Only suggestion to the hotel would be to replace the carpeting outside the rooms in the hallways. Super stained on my floor and makes the hotel look a little dilapidated. Overall would stay there again.

The hotel is located not really close to subway station but it’s good to have a walk up to downtown and also quite close to the museum. Several shops and restaurants around the hotel and there’s a big shopping mall nearby which has cafes and a supermarket. For me as a not fluent Chinese speaker, Mark Gong at the front desk helped me in English with everything. The room was quite clean, comfortable and well designed. I enjoyed bathing every morning and night to relax. It was such a pleasant stay! Would like to come back.

If you come to Changsha for tourism, I recommend staying at Sheraton Hotel. First of all, the location is very good. It takes about ten minutes to get to Exit 4 of Furong Square Station on Metro Line 2. It is a relatively quiet place. The hotel is well-equipped. There is a small bar downstairs where you can have a drink at night. The hotel restaurant, fitness room, and swimming pool are all available. I recommend the buffet restaurant on the third floor. The food is very delicious. Buddha jumps over the wall and pan-fried foie gras must be eaten. The room you booked was given two free drinks, and you can choose Starbucks or Cha Yan Yue Se. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, a waiter came to the room to deliver fruit. In the morning, a cleaner came to ask when the room could be cleaned. Everyone greeted with a smile and had a good service attitude. The room provides free purified water and a capsule coffee machine for use. Overall, it is cost-effective. I will definitely choose Sheraton again next time I come to Changsha. Every time I take my baby out, I will choose the local Sheraton first. This time is no exception. The experience is as satisfactory as always, and the whole family likes it. There are four main reasons. 1. Convenient location. The Sheraton is located in the middle of the entire Changsha city center, only 500 meters away from Changsha Rice Noodle Street, within two kilometers of May Day Square and the museum, and only about 5 kilometers away from Orange Island and Yuelu Mountain. There are subways to reach them, and the hotel is only about 800 meters away from the subway entrance, which is convenient and fast. 2. Warm and thoughtful service. Special thanks to Ann for her thoughtful and considerate service. She took the initiative to contact us before we checked in, carefully asked about our preferences, and helped arrange a high floor, non-smoking, good view, and quiet room. After checking in, any problems were actively responded to and solved. Not only Ann, but other staff of the hotel also provided services for us enthusiastically and patiently, and I like it. 3. The room is clean and complete. The bedding and towels in the room are white and dry, and they are very safe to use. The hotel also provides a full range of daily necessities, and the quality is good. There is also a self-service coffee machine, and the children like to make coffee in the room. 4. Delicious food The hotel offers a variety of breakfast buffets, including Hunan rice noodles with local characteristics, and various toppings and peppers, which taste great. A bowl of noodles in the morning will make you energetic all day long. The rich soup and smooth rice noodles will instantly awaken your taste buds. 4. Thoughtful administrative treatment We were arranged to stay on the 28th floor, and were given a beautiful bear, afternoon tea, and two cups of Starbucks In short, staying at Sheraton is always a pleasant surprise and worthwhile. I will choose Sheraton again next time I travel.

The hotel has complete facilities and the rooms are very comfortable and warm. They gave welcome fruits. The housekeeper's thoughtful service helped me solve many problems and gave my daughter a teddy bear doll. Since the flight was at 7 o'clock in the evening, they applied for a late check-out for me, which made my trip to Changsha end happily and successfully. I will still choose Sheraton for my next trip.

It was a very satisfying trip. The housekeeper Jenny contacted me in advance and informed me of the travel guide in advance. She prepared Cha Yan Yue Se for me before I arrived at the store. Because we are a family of three, we also added toiletries. The room can soak your feet for free. During your stay in Changsha, you can ask the housekeeper any questions. The only drawback is that the room 🈶 is musty, which may be due to the rainy season or aging equipment. In short, the flaws are not enough to cover the merits, it is very good!
