訂的房間我原本是攜程的VIP，享受房型升級的政策，一到前台服務員就反饋忽悠説是最高房型，接下來有送水果的服務，一進房間也沒有水果，全程沒有一句解釋或交代，要開空調，沒有空調，致電前台，説空調要服務員才能開啟，頓時噁心至極，打開洗浴花灑，花灑噴口也是個到處亂灑的，洗個澡頭髮也濕完了，為了躲避花灑亂噴，脖子有扭歪了，這酒店真的差！！！
