Sheraton by it's name is reliable, value for money, did not encountered any communication difficulties, perhaps able to speak local language.

Fantastic concierge service. Proximity to food and beverage options nearby, as well as a huge shopping mall just beside the hotel.

Very good hotel but the location is quite far from the city. If location is not a concern then this shall be a good choice for business travellers.
