房間很窄，空調漏水在衞生間，一晚上吵到睡不着，衞生間地上全部是水，主要不隔音。

食宿很方便哦，對面就是購物廣場小吃街。離湖大天馬公寓和湖南師範公寓很近的。地鐵口也不太遠。下樓就是八字牆公交站。衞生個人感覺還可以。有洗衣機，而且晾曬衣服特別方便哦。好大的天台。最最重要的是老闆娘小姐姐，人非常熱情熱心，非常周到。提供很多方便。
