The air conditioning was not really working even though we tried to adjust the temperature. Toilet door was abit faulty too. Other than that, the room was nice and location is near the metro and a mall. The staff was also helpful in assisting us to reserve a ktv room and we could also do a late check out at 2pm. Overall, still a relatively pleasant stay

Great location for Meixi lake. Room was spacious, enough room for 2/3 people! Air conditioner was good. Breakfast was ok, luckily it came included, wouldn’t pay extra a lot of spicy food. If you go to breakfast later they don’t refill the fruits, tea etc.

This is a lovely hotel and very close to the lake. Only a short distance by walking there. The staff gave us some tea coupons we could use during our stay which was very nice of them. The room was very clean and spacious. Would recommend this hotel. Enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay there again.

I went to Meixihu Theater with my father and daughter to listen to a concert. I encountered this hotel which was better than expected (it takes less than 15 minutes to walk to the theater). It was great👍. I arrived in the afternoon and was greeted by extremely enthusiastic smiling faces. The staff checked in while the manager handed over a hot towel and prepared brown sugar water or chrysanthemum tea. The housekeeper service was very attentive and all kinds of warm reminders were in place. The hotel environment is very good and comfortable. I live on the 12th floor and look at the garden view of the community. It is relatively quiet. There are food streets before and after the hotel. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Jinmao's shopping center. After listening to the concert in the evening, I walked back to the hotel and ate and walked (I can also enjoy small cakes and coffee when I return to the hotel lobby bar). The breakfast buffet in the morning is the most amazing, with four flavors of noodles or wontons, which are large and delicious. There are also various Chinese and Western snacks, fruits and vegetables, salads, etc. (the heart-shaped egg is also delicious), but I can't fit it in my stomach. Dad and daughter like it very much. They will stay here again next time they come (I didn’t do my homework seriously this time, so I took a taxi from Changsha South for 40 yuan. In fact, I should take Line 2 from the high-speed railway station and get off at Meixihu Station. I will remember it next time 😁)
