The staff is very helpful and the room is comfortable and good location.

Overall a very enjoyable experience. The room was clean and staff were friendly, often going out of their way to assist as needed. Also within walking distance to two different subway lines. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Changsha on business.

The service is always five stars. I like the environment, too. Especially the breakfast room and the flowers outside the door. I never expect breakfast from other places. Healthy, beautiful, and rich. I always order Hunan rice noodles, which makes me happy. Because it has a simple and mellow taste. The hotel facilities are very good. This is my second stay, but I didn't take any photos. Just like the original photo, I'll use scenic spots instead.

The hotel is in a great location, just 400 meters away from Metro Station No. 3. It is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is tidy and clean. You can get four bottles of water every day. The bed is very comfortable. The auntie cleans actively. The takeaway robot delivers the food to the room. The hotel's freshly cooked noodles for breakfast are delicious. The waiter will greet you every day. The service is superb!

Hygiene: We stayed for three nights in total, and they changed our bedding every day. The linens were not stingy and were all replaced with new ones. I just hope that when cleaning, if they see that we are staying consecutively, they can put a few more bottles of water. (One day we asked the front desk to send two more bottles of water, free of charge.) Facilities: The facilities in the room are quite complete, with a dry and wet separated shower.
