We booked the greece room. Size of room and bathroom is ok. Staff was polite. It can be a bit more clean. The AC takes long to cool the room in summer. Location is great.

It’s not easy to get to the hotel after getting off from taxis. We need to roll our luggage’s from the car to the hotel for 10-15 minutes. Generally, the hotel is clean and services are acceptable.

The room was pretty good. We upgraded to a room with a bathtub. The location was very good, right on the pedestrian street. The subway station was just a few minutes' walk away. At first, we got a room on the fifth floor. There was a window, but most of the window was blocked by the shop sign downstairs. It felt a bit dark. I asked to change the room. Xiao Hu at the front desk smiled and promised to help me check the next day and notify me if there was a suitable room. As a result, I received a room change notice at around 2 pm the next day. We successfully moved to the sixth floor and could see the pedestrian street through the window. This room change greatly improved our accommodation experience in the next few days. Thanks to Xiao Hu. As for the facilities in the room, the area is compact and the equipment is basically complete, but I suggest putting an extra chair or changing to a double-seater sofa.
