服務：可以説兩個點吧。
第一：訂的是江景豪華大，提前告知酒店説會提早到店拿房，但到了現場以後，是沒有房間的，但由於急需要用房間，就安排在城景豪華大（價格便宜一些），跟前台小姐姐協商後覺得沒關係，然後也補了60塊的餐券（可是根本用不上）😅😅，雖然同意但並不是自己的第一意願，不過這個事情就過了可以接受。
第二：晚上到酒店，點了外賣。前台會安排機器人送餐到房間，這個到了酒店20分鐘，都沒有送上來，我中間打過一次電話給前台，前台告知機器人在忙，所以還沒送，好的，我能理解沒關係。最後我等了20分鐘，實在太餓受不了，就自己下樓拿了，結果機器人好好的就在那，有一個工作人員在那玩手機，我就直接在桌子上拿走我的外賣，這時候工作人員才有意識去把外賣放進機器人裏面。如果我不想去，在工作人員面前晃了一下，估計其他房間的外賣也不知道什麼時候送走。
因為錄製節目，所以選了這裏，將近600塊一晚的房間，晚上這個操作我確實很生氣，前台小姐姐也好幾次叫我給好評，我確實沒辦法做虛假評價，這就是我的真實感受，價格與服務並不對等。下次不會考慮了。

酒店在瀏陽河旁邊，房間可以看到江景，去月湖公園也不遠，天氣好的時候去散散步挺好的。前台Yanci很熱情，服務很到位
