Changsha Hotels with Free Parking.

You would expect a 5 star hotel to be clean and provide excellent service… however we were disappointed especially after my friend recommended me to stay here since he was here a month ago. First thing I noticed was a wet floor after entering the guest lobby, thankfully they cleaned it after I told them. Second was our room was not clean, other than the basics like clean sheets and bathroom but the main table wasn’t wiped and they didn’t even vacuum the floor (especially the carpet) at check in and the day after. When we were checking in, the reception staff did not even inform us of how to access the wifi (maybe it is assumed to be common sense) nor did they let us know that we had late check out, had free mini bar soft drinks and we also had no welcome note (these small touches may seem minuscule since the TV says welcome however you would hope that an extra mile is taken at a great brand like JW Marriott). I hope these issues are able to be rectified for other guest, after all information and attentiveness is king in the service industry. The location is also not the most central but that is a personal preference given my short trip! I will have to give a special mention to the male receptionist that helped us a lot with our alipay, thank you again 😊

Friendly and helpful staff I planned to book a private room but as there were very few people I stayed in a 6ppl room for 2 nights (1 night I was alone) Location is very calm and relaxing, however the showers and toilets are on the 2d floor, which was OK, but less comfortable anyway. Overall I liked the stay, would stay there again, if traveling solo with limited budget.

The air conditioning was not really working even though we tried to adjust the temperature. Toilet door was abit faulty too. Other than that, the room was nice and location is near the metro and a mall. The staff was also helpful in assisting us to reserve a ktv room and we could also do a late check out at 2pm. Overall, still a relatively pleasant stay

The room was not bad, the company was upstairs, the price did not rise during the National Day, it was quite conscience, the front desk lady was very good, the check-in attitude was good, gave me a breakfast, the powder was not bad, the ingredients were a lot of the beef stew full of meat, and the chili fried meat, I added a little, The overall feeling is very good. The breakfast meat is free. I also sent two bottles of water when I checked out. The two young ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic.
