此次入住體驗超乎想象的温馨，給人感覺真的賓至如歸，從入住到退房全程沒有半點遭點，細節感滿滿，酒店工作人員也非常熱情，每位工作人員臉上都是笑眯眯的，對客人的要求都是不厭其煩，當然非常感謝前廳經理小曹，第一天入住後，第二天又續住了一天，在前台就跟開玩笑一樣隨便提了下，今天小朋友生日有沒有什麼禮品贈送，前台小姑娘應該是個新員工説讓稍等一下，跟她們經理反應一下，稍後給我回復，不到十分鐘，小曹就加了我微信，並贈送了祝福語，還告訴我她休假，稍後晚點會將小朋友生日禮物送至房間，果不其然，下午5:30半時，小曹就發訊息給我，問我有沒有在房間，親自給小該送來了生日蛋糕，長壽麪，水果，打開門的那一刻真的很驚訝，畢竟人家也是休假，小孩非常喜歡阿姨準備的生日蛋糕，也很開心，美豪麗致真的每次入住都不會讓人失望，當然這家酒店的免費服務令人忘懷，免得洗衣，熨燙衣，健身房，免費停車，免費下午茶，夜宵，雖然白天出去玩，很多沒有機會享用，但一定也不錯，還有歡迎水果真讓人入住酒店的客人有上帝的感覺，而且這家酒店的設計理念和細節非常人性化，衞生間和淋浴間分開設計，洗手枱上有洗手液，洗面奶，身體乳，髮膠，洗髮水，護髮素，沐浴露，的分配置點都值得點贊，房間衞生也很乾凈，隔音效果很好，唯一不足就是有一點小偏僻，不過也不影響，出門幾分鐘就是地鐵口，入住退房都超級快捷，退房時小曹還貼心的準備了礦泉水，因為大意了，房間退房時充電器忘記房間了，第一時間聯繫我們有東西落下了，還幫我們收起來保管，這種認真，熱情的服務讓我們感到酒店的服務管理體現在每一個細節，每一個環節，強烈推薦，這次入住非常滿意，總之就是感受到了住在家裡的感覺，值得五星好評！

The dry and wet separation space in the bathroom is also very large. In short, I was amazed. The rice noodles for breakfast taste very authentic, and parking is very convenient. You never have to worry about finding a parking space. It was a very satisfying stay, and I will choose this place again next time I have the chance.

The hotel accomodated my early check-in and late check-out request, even upgraded my room to a bigger one! Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Ascott if you travel to Changsha!

The location is near the financial center. Although it is a bit far from May Day Square, it has a good environment, good service, complete facilities, a new hotel, and a rich breakfast! The hotel laundry room has three wash and three dryers, which is very useful and hard to grab. It is recommended to wash in the morning. The room with a better angle can see the river view! The bathroom is in the back room, which enhances the sense of privacy. There is also a small gift when you leave the hotel~ It is relatively close to Yuelu Academy and Hunan University on the left side of the river. There are many places to eat in the shopping mall downstairs of the hotel. Recommended: Haotu Hunan Restaurant!

The first time I came to Changsha to live in Berman, the room was very clean and tidy, really good! The front desk lady is very good, very warm, there is a faint fragrance on the floor, very good smell, not pungent! Like lychee fragrance! The overall environment of the hotel is good! Really good, I recommend everyone to come and experience!

I would definitely stay here again! The ac is amazing, and the staff is helpful. Laundry is available for very cheap. The location is great— easy to get to everywhere by bus or train and many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I was also able to make some friend in the area and from the hostel :) I ended up having a change in travel plans and preferred to stay here an extra night as opposed to somewhere else or get to my next destination early!
