A very bad check-in experience. First of all, I went to the hotel to check in. There was only one young man at the front desk. It was during the peak holiday period and I had to queue for a long time to finish the check-in. When I got to the room, I found that there were only plastic slippers and no disposable ones. Slippers, I called the front desk and found that the room phone could not be reached. I called the front desk on my mobile phone and no one answered for a long time. I had no choice but to let the child go downstairs and ask for slippers from the front desk. When the slippers were delivered, only one pair was given. We complained about the room There were no slippers, so I brought another pair over, and asked the waiter for an extra pair of slippers for my child. The waiter said that only two pairs of slippers are provided in a room, and it costs 5 yuan for an extra pair. Well, this is the first hotel I have stayed in for so many years. This is the first time I have found such a rule in a four-star hotel.

The hotel is next to the Red Star Convention and Exhibition Center, which is very close to the exhibition and very convenient. The hotel is very safe. The elevator goes upstairs by swiping a card. The lobby decoration style is great and grand. It is very comfortable to stay. There is a cat in the lobby that is very well behaved and cute. I extended my room today and will stay here again next time I come to Changsha!

The location of the youth hostel is in a small alley, which is a bit difficult to find if you go there for the first time.
First of all, I don't recommend the four-person room. It's super small, just 7.5 square meters. It feels like four adults can't stand in the train, let alone put their school bags. I recommend the six-person room. It's much bigger and has space for bags. The four-person room is renovated and has better facilities. Each bed in the six-person room only has a socket but no light.
The front desk service is still OK, but the hardware has obvious flaws. Except for the low price, everything else is average.

CChong TWWe had an excellent stay at Ramada. Elegant decor, clean facilities and shops and multiple food options abound, even late into the night.
What really stood out for us was the excellent service from Ms Yoyo 肖友. My daughter had bought a number of stuffs from taobao for delivery to the hotel but the couriers delivered them to the deposit boxes instead. Upon hearing this, Yoyo went out of her way to help us pick them up and packed them in a big bag for us, even after her office hours. Even during her off days, Yoyo sent us suggestions on where to visit and eat in Changsha, which were really helpful.
I traveled a lot for work and stayed mostly at international hotels. It iis rare to come across a hotel and staffs like Yoyo who make sure its guests have a wonderful stay in their cities! Thanks!

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

However, if I have to nitpick, I can't appreciate the colour choice of the bathroom and one of the rooms I booked - it's too dark to my liking. The ventilator also didn't seem to work or too weak. Hotel provides free flow of coffee 24/7 but you need to place your order via Wechat or at the front desk and they will bring it to your room. While it is convenient for guests, I think it will be tiring for the staff. Perhaps can consider placing a self serve coffee machine somewhere. They also provide free laundry service which is awesome.
The hotel is located on level 5 of an old building. The building lobby at level 1 and the elevators are pretty old and dirty. There is also a sex toy(?) shop and a snooker place there so the surrounding is not the best.
Having said that, as long as the price remains competitive, I'd pick this hotel again if I ever visit Changsha again next time.

After parking the car, the concierge Gao Fei carried the box for me. The angel Eve's service attitude was also very good, and she sent me to the elevator. The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.

SSOPHIA CHOU WEIWe stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
