This is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer. I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately. They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Because I wanted to go to Xingfu Temple, I chose the Buyunlou Garden View Hotel in Yueshanxuan on Ctrip. It has a Chinese-style garden design, is quiet, private, and less noisy. The location is at the foot of Yushan Mountain, a few steps away from Xingfu Temple and Yushan Cableway, and walk to the north of Yushan Mountain. The road is only 10 minutes away and there are many noodle shops and teahouses around the hotel. Xingfu old noodle shop is the most famous. It is said that Changshu people like to drink tea and eat noodles, so there are many noodle shops and teahouses. The hotel lobby is antique and has many collections such as agarwood tea cakes and many other buffet breakfast varieties. A combination of Chinese and Western, you can also order mushroom oil noodles and actually eat authentic salted tofu pudding. The hotel has been open for a long time. The facilities are a bit outdated, but the service is first-class. Whether it is the lobby manager, front desk restaurant or room service, they are as caring as the spring breeze and drizzle. It can be said that they feel friendly and natural in all aspects such as dining, communication, etc. in the room service restaurant. A mature hotel gives guests a good experience. The same manager was on duty in the lobby from morning to night for two days. I was very impressed. Before leaving the hotel, we learned that we were going up a mountain, and they prepared a small fan for us. When we were hiking on Yushan Mountain under the scorching sun, we found a small fan in our bag. How precious this ray of cool breeze was. Just two days is too short. I look forward to my next trip to Yueshanxuan.

The location is superior, opposite to Yushan Park, museum, library. It takes a few minutes to walk to the famous Hanhui Noodle Restaurant and Yanyuan in the alley behind the hotel. The facilities are not old, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, very clean. The air conditioner is very powerful, the bed is very comfortable, the thickness of the quilt is appropriate, and there is no rustling when turning over. The room 3645 given to me is very quiet. The front desk and room attendants are very polite and enthusiastic. There is an underground parking lot, which is convenient. There is a small shop at the entrance of the hotel, which sells homemade steamed stuffed buns, cakes, and cooked food. Many people lined up every morning. They actively participated and bought meat buns, vegetable buns, and two kinds of cakes. Unfortunately, they didn’t feel delicious. Overall, the price of accommodation in this store is quite high.

In the golden autumn of October, I accompanied my parents and my younger brother who came back from the United States to visit relatives in Changshu to reunite with my relatives and stay at the Elegant Qinchuanju Hotel. The hotel is located in a prime location, convenient for travel, and the entire design is very stylish, with highlights in the details. The parent-child room of the hotel is suitable for parents to stay with their children. For this reason, a lot of considerations have been made, with children's slippers, children's bathrobes and even step stools for washing for young children. There was no problem staying with three adults this time. The hotel staff I came into contact with were all enthusiastic and considerate. When we found that the three adults were staying in the parent-child room, we immediately arranged to add a set of toiletries and breakfast; when we found that the two elderly people who stayed alone in the hotel had difficulties in dining, we immediately ran around to help solve them. Especially worthy of praise is the lobby manager Bao Ye, who is warm and thoughtful, responds quickly to our various inquiries, answers all questions, and even considers the guests one step further, making people feel like spring breeze; and the room attendant Shi Chengxia, every time I meet her, she is always smiling, warmly greeting, quick hands and feet, and takes special care of the two elderly people in my family. After two pleasant days, we have decided to choose Yazhi Qinchuanju again next time we return to Changshu

I like this hotel very much. The hotel lobby is very special and is on the 12th floor. It is very unique. The hotel looks like a luxury cruise ship. Opposite is Qin Lake. The scenery is very good. The hotel service is also excellent. What impressed me most was Carlos at the concierge. The service was very enthusiastic and gave me a very cordial feeling. He took the initiative to help me with my luggage and the express parcels that arrived in advance. What attracted me most was the Christmas tree in the reception hall on the first floor. We especially appreciate Rambo He the concierge downstairs helping us call a cab and loaning umbrellas. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating as we were traveling with a toddler. Our hostess Anki Zhang provided a bib for our baby, Cora Gan helped us refill our water, and Daryl Wang at the dim sum station helped us with all the delicious food options.
