民宿是新裝修的居民住房，就在老古井處，車子可以停在附近某單位停車場或者公共停車場，都是免費的。房間裝飾新穎温馨，非常乾淨，連床單被套都是新的，住的非常舒服！老闆親自下廚，為我們準備早餐午飯，自己做豆漿、五穀雜糧米糊、芋子餃等，讓我們品嚐到了汀州的特色美食，還親自帶路，逛玩汀州的景區景點！
