我是定了標房，付了兩個人的早餐，當我登記入住時前台拒絕給我兩個門卡，反覆要求，服務員也不肯，説衹能給一個房卡，最多給一個插電卡。真是天大的笑話，説明酒店前台培訓不到位，連基本的服務都沒有做到！
