Best Hotels in Changunarayan, Nepal

The one who checked in was not the one you booked. When we checked in at night, the boss took us to another house because there was no booking information for us at all ... I did n’t have the energy to do it in the big night. I told Ctrip Ctrip to start the next day I didn't say a reason at the end, but I did n’t let me check in, but the hotel that took me was compensated at the same price. I did n’t reply to the email for more than 24 hours, and I did n’t object. The reason was that we did n’t understand the version of the hotel and did n’t understand how the 54 yuan compensation was calculated. I ’m really dissatisfied with the booking service.

This is probably the best hotel in Nagarkot. The facilities are also relatively good. The hotel has a buffet dinner, and you can also eat potatoes from Mustang, which are really delicious. The swimming pool was not used as it was too cold and a bunch of happy Nepalis enjoyed the pool very much. I didn't see the Himalayas due to the weather, but the scenery is still good. (While visiting the hotel, I strayed into the hotel staff walkway, which is also a place where garbage is piled up. It is really smelly. It is the smelliest smell I have ever smelled in my life. It is recommended that the hotel set up road signs to prevent guests from entering by mistake)

Our 2nights stay at this property was superb with great hospitality by the team THE TERRACES… The property is situated on mountain with excellent views and greenery giving a great atmosphere to enjoy your vacations. The sitting arrangement around swimming pool is superb where you can sit as a group. Preparation of food by THE CHEF… Mr Deepak Mishra and his team was simply great. He catered us with all the delicious dishes as per our taste. Jacuzzi, Steam ,Sauna all the services either at restaurant, recreation room , all were well managed by the whole staff very efficiently.Mr Roshan Maharjan was great at his services. The property is located on outskirts and is complete in itself.Many games for kids too.

The hotel is located in a relatively high position and can see a large area of ​​the city. The receptionist on the G floor is very enthusiastic and can help call a taxi. We had also booked a car to go to Nagarkot to watch the sunrise in the morning. We departed from the hotel at 5 am and arrived at the viewing platform at 6:10 am.

First of all , I would definitely recommend staying at least one night in Bhaktapur, where people mostly do it as a day trip from Kathmandu. Located in one of the narrow lanes of the old city, the hotel is hardly a minute's walk from Durbar square . This is a traditional family home converted to a boutique hotel without losing its old world charm. Clean room, cosy bedding, friendly service and a lovely rooftop with views of the durbar square wherein you catch a glimpse of the local life. Breakfast was a bit basic but again, you can't complain for the rates you pay.

Everything is perfect. The location, room size, reception and house cleaning service. Very close to many prominent locations. Loved my stay, staff has a very polite nature. Best thing was ordering the refill water bottles in the room free of cost. Most hotels’s charge extra money for asking more than 2 bottles of water everyday. Will stay again for sure. 🙏

Except for the small room and the old room, everything else is pretty good. I really don't know how the hotels in Nepal rated the stars. The 4 stars in the room are really not as good as the 3 stars. The waiter is very friendly, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. Due to the weather, I didn’t see the Himalayas. They even sent a photo. Room 101 is located at the highest position and has the best view
