Stayed on a trip with three adults, parents.
The hotel was clean and soundproof.
Tancheon next to the hotel gives you comfort, it is under construction across the street, but it is not noisy at all. There is a lot of parking space.
I had a late night meal with a cup noodle and a drink I received while I checked in.
The breakfast sandwich was delicious too.
Quiet and comfortable ㆍ Recommended if you are looking for a fragile.

I took my parents and stayed in the fine view suite with room upgrade on the spot.
Not only the exterior of the hotel, but also the interior and furniture were made of top-notch materials, so it had a luxurious atmosphere and a comfortable feeling that was not burdensome at the same time. In particular, I was surprised at the attentiveness of being able to press the elevator in advance in the room, and I really rested well with the pine trees and wood tones planted on each terrace as if I were at home. With the friendly service of the staff, it was a hotel that could fully enjoy the value of the price. It is recommended not only for families but also for business travelers who stay for a while with spacious rooms!

There are many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, screen golf courses nearby, and 5 minutes walk from the center. The interior facilities are clean and clean and the room is spacious. There is only one dissatisfaction: there are 6 of us staying for 6 days. We told the hotel three days in advance that we would check out one day early due to changes in itinerary. We spent many times communicating with Ctrip, the Korean factory administration department, the lobby manager, and the front desk. All failed. The hotel said it needed Ctrip's consent, but Ctrip agreed not to charge any service fees. In the end, the hotel still didn't agree to the check-out request.

The service was good. Even though the staff was not fluent in English they still provided information about our room and stay in document prepared in English. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was also good.

I have always had a soft spot for this place because they have good Filipino bands playing in the basement restaurant. I finally stayed at this place years after visiting it. It was a nice place to stay, with friendly and efficient people. I wanted to stay again but for some reason the price spiked the following week so I had to opt for a cheaper place. It is hit or miss if it is within range of what I am willing to pay for a hotel of that quality. Overall, it is a good place and I hope to stay there again.

Cons: The wedding hall is on the high floor, so the use of Elbe is not smooth at weekend wedding peak time. Wedding guests burst into Elbe at check-out time...
The worst is breakfast. It was 7-9 o'clock operation time and I visited at 8 o'clock, and even if the customers with the tickets stood at the entrance, the staff just looked at and served. When I asked, I came and asked me to stand for 15 minutes because the order was pushed. Waiting? There are many empty seats, can't you sit and wait? I couldn't distinguish it, so I went to the hotel room and waited and came in 15 minutes. There were more than 50 seats in the empty seats, but the staff seemed to be a lack of Capa covering the order. If you can't respond to the number of staff and the number of customers, you can separate the seats that you can order rather than the suggestion to wait in the hotel room and reduce the inconvenience of moving to the remaining waiting seats. It looks more wise. So I waited in the hotel room for 15 minutes, and 2 menu materials were exhausted out of 5 menu. The staff were friendly but the service was not defined only by kindness, but it seems to need to reorganize the process inside the hotel.

GGuest UserIt was clean and the location was great! There are many convenience stores nearby and Garosu-gil is within easy walking distance, so I highly recommend it for travelers! The breakfast was a bit bland at first as it wasn't a buffet, but it was clean rather than a buffet and there was a minibar so it was enough! The breakfast was really good. There were a lot of people who seemed to be on business trips. I plan to stay again next time I go to Changwon!

DDipsoulWhat I like about Grand Mercure Ambassador is that they never lack the Hospitality that I need whenever I am abroad. From the reception staff, housekeeping and the restaurant, they are all very kind, courteous and helpful. The rooms and facilities on some floors were renovated. And the location is still one of the biggest positives of this hotel. Food assortment is still a little bit of issue specially if you are staying more than 3 days. Nevertheless, It is an excellent hotel with wonderful people.

GGuest UserThis is a newer hotel that is good for westerners in Changwon. Modern interior, but smaller front desk operation. The rooms have good ac and walk in shower. Smaller storage space. Breakfast can be included with the price. Good breakfast and coffee machine for me. Ask for a small omelette. I have stayed various places in Changwon and this is good, price conscious as well. The downtown area is closer to big stores for trip related items and many small downtown restaurants that are excellent, authentic.

The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often!
Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time!
The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!
