Pros: Good water pressure. Good location of hotel. Lots of restaurants around Cons: The wedding hall is on the high floor, so the use of Elbe is not smooth at weekend wedding peak time. It was 7-9 o'clock operation time and I visited at 8 o'clock, and even if the customers with the tickets stood at the entrance, the staff just looked at and served. When I asked, I came and asked me to stand for 15 minutes because the order was pushed. Waiting? There are many empty seats, can't you sit and wait? I couldn't distinguish it, so I went to the hotel room and waited and came in 15 minutes. There were more than 50 seats in the empty seats, but the staff seemed to be a lack of Capa covering the order. If you can't respond to the number of staff and the number of customers, you can separate the seats that you can order rather than the suggestion to wait in the hotel room and reduce the inconvenience of moving to the remaining waiting seats. It looks more wise. So I waited in the hotel room for 15 minutes, and 2 menu materials were exhausted out of 5 menu. It was more convenient than a 4-5 star hotel. Some places were tired because there was no bathtub, but I was sorry that I couldn't get a semi-body bath, and some places had to rent because there was no charger, but both were provided here. Wi-Fi is also convenient... However, I smelled a lot because I sprayed the febrizzes too much. I slept while continuing to ventilate, it rained at night and I only got cold ... I had some business to do in Miryang and came because there was a newly opened hotel about an hour away :) I booked a room for 3 people and it all included breakfast! The bedding in the hotel is very clean and the interior of the hotel is also clean. It's warm enough to sleep with the air conditioner on💕 I had a great stay 😊

What I like about Grand Mercure Ambassador is that they never lack the Hospitality that I need whenever I am abroad. From the reception staff, housekeeping and the restaurant, they are all very kind, courteous and helpful. The rooms and facilities on some floors were renovated. And the location is still one of the biggest positives of this hotel. Food assortment is still a little bit of issue specially if you are staying more than 3 days. Nevertheless, It is an excellent hotel with wonderful people.

It was clean and nice. I deliberately chose a place with a bathtub, which may be why the shower booth was small, but the bathtub attached to the toilet was spacious and nice. However, the TV has a function that automatically turns off if it is not operated for a certain period of time, but no matter what I do, it is not recognized as having been operated, so my companion and I were sweating in the middle. I wish there was a manual or some prior guidance regarding this.

This is a 3-star hotel. Garden view is overlooking a busy freeway. Garden in in a ledge 10 below. You must pay extra for breakfast for two persons. Room service is limited to Japanese fare and ridiculously high. Rooms are nicec with very comfortable king size bed in suites and large sit-in bathtub. Now the downside: far from city center and park. No hot water for two days and nights. Stench from pipes in bathroom area in the mornings. Ceiling rainwater shower clogged up. Bathtub drains very loudly. Only two sets of towels for a couple and no face towels. All console functions for bidet, toilet, and thermostat in Korean only despite being designated a tourist hotel. Did I mention no hot water for two days despite few guests? No offer of partial refund either.

This hotel is great! Located in a quiet and beautiful area near a beautiful lake. Our room was nice and very clean with all necessary amenities. Excellent service and very helpful staff members. Wonderful breakfast in AM. My husband and myself enjoyed greatly our time in this hotel.
