The downtown area of Sangnam-dong is a walkable distance or a little walk to get on the bus The facilities are definitely clean because it is new, but the hair of the front guests remained in the spot, but it wasn't too much to worry about. The staff were friendly and kind. I think I will book without worrying about staying again next time.

I have always had a soft spot for this place because they have good Filipino bands playing in the basement restaurant. I finally stayed at this place years after visiting it. It was a nice place to stay, with friendly and efficient people. I wanted to stay again but for some reason the price spiked the following week so I had to opt for a cheaper place. It is hit or miss if it is within range of what I am willing to pay for a hotel of that quality. Overall, it is a good place and I hope to stay there again.

This is a 3-star hotel. Garden view is overlooking a busy freeway. Garden in in a ledge 10 below. You must pay extra for breakfast for two persons. Room service is limited to Japanese fare and ridiculously high. Rooms are nicec with very comfortable king size bed in suites and large sit-in bathtub. Now the downside: far from city center and park. No hot water for two days and nights. Stench from pipes in bathroom area in the mornings. Ceiling rainwater shower clogged up. Bathtub drains very loudly. Only two sets of towels for a couple and no face towels. All console functions for bidet, toilet, and thermostat in Korean only despite being designated a tourist hotel. Did I mention no hot water for two days despite few guests? No offer of partial refund either.

Stayed on a trip with three adults, parents. The hotel was clean and soundproof. Tancheon next to the hotel gives you comfort, it is under construction across the street, but it is not noisy at all. There is a lot of parking space. I had a late night meal with a cup noodle and a drink I received while I checked in. The breakfast sandwich was delicious too. Quiet and comfortable ㆍ Recommended if you are looking for a fragile.

This hotel is great! Located in a quiet and beautiful area near a beautiful lake. Our room was nice and very clean with all necessary amenities. Excellent service and very helpful staff members. Wonderful breakfast in AM. My husband and myself enjoyed greatly our time in this hotel.

Generally, people who travel to Korea rarely go to Changwon. Changwon belongs to South Gyeongsang Province and is a small place close to Busan. Go there for. . . Can't say love. . . . 😆 This hotel is great. It seems to be a hotel run by a private owner. But it's very formal, and it's okay to rate stars. I give four stars. Not only the price is cheap, but the internal facilities are very good, the decoration is exquisite, the quality of the bed is excellent, and it is super clean. There were some minor problems when checking in, the boss did not receive the order from Ctrip. Finally, after calling Ctrip, the problem was solved. It was more convenient than a 4-5 star hotel. Some places were tired because there was no bathtub, but I was sorry that I couldn't get a semi-body bath, and some places had to rent because there was no charger, but both were provided here. Wi-Fi is also convenient... However, I smelled a lot because I sprayed the febrizzes too much. I slept while continuing to ventilate, it rained at night and I only got cold ... It was clean and nice. I deliberately chose a place with a bathtub, which may be why the shower booth was small, but the bathtub attached to the toilet was spacious and nice.
