Best Hotels near Biyan Scenic Area, Changxing

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

It was my first time staying in this kind of special resort hotel. There were more than 20 check-in windows, and the key point was that they were all queuing up, and there were crowds of people everywhere. The hotel room was average in size, with good hygiene. It was located opposite the Sea God Palace, with the big circus on the left and the Ice World on the right. It was just over 2 kilometers away from the ancient town. It might be May Day. The breakfast rooms on the 2nd floor and 28th floor were full, but you can walk along the external corridor on the 28th floor to see the scenery outside, and you can see the zoo behind the hotel on the 2nd floor. Don't wait for the bus to the ancient town in the afternoon, it's basically impossible to grab it. When you go to the ancient town, grab a waterside seat on the flower viewing platform at the bottom of the Liyuemen Style Street. You can watch the show from 7 o'clock to nearly 10 o'clock, but the food here is not good, a little expensive.

The hotel gave two adult zoo tickets, and bought another child ticket in the hotel. I went to play on the day of check-in. It was very quick to check in in the morning to get tickets, and the service attitude was also very good. The hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the zoo. If you drive there by yourself, the zoo parking fee is reasonable, about 20-30 yuan for 4-5 hours, forget it. The breakfast was not good, so the child ate some porridge, and nothing else. There are a few tigers in the hotel. After a good dinner, the child went to see it for a while. The hotel is quite close to the ancient town, but it was still by car.

The five stars for service are only for meave, the housekeeper. My five-star praise and overall score are based on the housekeeper's service. The service was very good. I also applied for breakfast for my children, arranged a better room, saw more beautiful fireworks, and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Forget about the other staff. There was no smile the whole time, except for a female customer service who brought me water. If I were to rate the hotel, I would say that I would only give it 1 point. Whether it is the facilities, hygiene, or the service in the lobby, they are all very poor. Not having a refrigerator is something that a five-diamond hotel should not have, and not needing other floors is also something that a hotel like this should not have. I clearly told the escalator that it was broken, but the staff still directed me there, which made me speechless. The children's toiletries I asked for were thrown directly on the ground at the door. Don't they understand hygiene? So what if there is a packaging box? It gives people a very bad feeling, and the sound insulation effect is not good. It is really a very bad experience.

It was a quick trip and I booked a hotel on the way. Not long after I placed the order, a Ctrip housekeeper called me to ask when I would arrive at the hotel. I could make arrangements early. Later, I added WeChat and found out that my housekeeper was Xiao Zhou. Hurry up. When I arrived at the hotel, I contacted her. Xiao Zhou was waiting at the front desk early, helped with check-in and luggage, and enthusiastically sent her to the room. When I entered the room, I found that I had arranged a viewing room so that I could watch the Taihu Ancient Town fireworks in the room without having to go out to blow the cold wind. It was really a blessing! The room was also very clean, and the breakfast buffet had the right variety for the price. There are actually 5 tigers you can see in the hotel. It’s too kid-friendly, isn’t it? It was around 11 o'clock in the evening and I had some questions about other attractions. I tried to ask Xiao Zhou, but I didn't expect that she would reply immediately after being so late. It was really great. The room I bought this time came with circus tickets, which was a great deal. It’s also cheaper to buy tickets for some attractions in the hotel, which is really good. If I come to Huzhou again next time, I will consider this hotel again. The price/performance ratio is really high!

It was more than 11 o'clock when we arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and patient. He told us how to use the free tickets, breakfast and other precautions. We booked a parent-child room with upper and lower bunks, which was very considerate princess style; the balcony looked out to the lawn and small lake, which was pleasing to the eye. We went to the Animal World and watched the big circus, which were both very exciting. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a taxi after the big circus ended, and we walked for an hour to reach the hotel. Friends who go to see the circus should be mentally prepared. Tuying Wetland is the most surprising and quiet place on this trip. We saw many black swans in groups, and the ecological environment is great; the so-called Taihu Ancient Town, there is nothing to see, all kinds of snacks and restaurants with no special features, very commercial, it is recommended to go to Nanxun Ancient Town. Overall, the location of the hotel is quiet in the bustling city, which is very convenient. There are many people for breakfast, but the hotel is very humane and has arranged many food pick-up counters, so the flow of people is also dispersed, and the experience is not greatly affected. In short, thanks to Taozi customer service for providing meticulous service and suggestions throughout the journey, allowing us to have a pleasant travel experience.

This hotel is really great. Seeing such good reviews on Ctrip, I stayed in this hotel temporarily at night. It really lived up to its reputation. The front desk service was very good. The hardware facilities in the room were ok and clean. For lazy people like us, the self-service laundry room with washing and drying is really convenient. When I got up early in the morning, the pine tree in the courtyard at the door was really suitable for the scene. I felt more beautiful and relaxed in an instant. I was in a hurry to do things. I didn't experience the gym in this store. I will definitely come to this store again next time I come to Huzhou [strong][strong][strong]

The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.
