因為是別墅可以住在一起是十分開心的
孩子們看到天鵝都開心的不得了，短駁巴士很加分

設施：硬件設施都很硬 房間衞生間都很大很寬敞
設施設備也都完善沒有故障（除了幾個遙控器 不知道是電量不足還是啥的 有些許難按）
衞生：入住期間沒有發現什麼衞生不到位的地方，房間和床品都挺乾淨，就是因為環境的原因晚上會有小飛蟲 建議入住期間晚上儘量不要開窗台的門 不然小蟲子就會飛進房間了。
環境：點1800個贊 很安靜 因為在水邊也很涼快風景很漂亮 房間的陽台就可以看到煙花 後面還有親水平台，白天還能看到黑天鵝 天氣涼快散散步釣釣魚非常不錯。
服務：真的是非常滿意的一次體驗，很久沒見到服務態度這麼友善的一家店了，管家林夕回消息非常及時，入住前告知需要嬰兒床和麻將機後就幫忙安排了有麻將機的房間 嬰兒床也準備好甚至還貼心的幫忙把房間的空調打開了 真的是非常滿意～ 出入都有酒店的接駁車 碰到的每一位工作人員都很有禮貌且熱心。
就是有一個建議 酒店有一個非常好的小童遊樂園 可能因為暑期比較熱沒人玩 現在那塊場地雜草已經有點高了 並且遊玩設施上也都有蜘蛛網了 馬上就是中秋和國慶假期了 我覺得酒店可以提前處理一下 因為後面温度涼快下來以後這塊遊客設施真的很適合帶小孩的家庭～

很讚的地方 適合親子游，住處離開商業區很近，步行走走五分鐘就到的程度。
雖然是個人工島，但是環境真的很好。還有天鵝可以投喂。

酒店環境怡人，管家有求必應，外賣不用説就直接送到房間，房間去服務枱，去景點都有車接車送，我們到的比較早，十點半就為我們提前辦理了入住，還升級了濕地房，退房又辦理了延遲，所有工作人員都很熱情，親切，周到，體驗感拉滿，下次還來！

房間很好，還可以直接在房間裏看煙花。小詹管家也是我遇到過最好的管家，房間就四份早餐，特地給小朋友免費加了兩份早餐。多要了一條被子也都給我們拿過來了。還幫我們辦了延遲退房
