I came to Changxing County to see the Baduling Ginkgo~I didn't expect this county to be different from what we imagined...There's not much to eat and not much to visit...Thankfully, Atour Hotel gave us a little comfort
On the day of check-in, we received a call from the hotel on the high-speed rail asking if there were any requirements for the room floor~I chose a high floor~Few hotels have such service, which is great👍🏻

At 8:40 in the morning, I went to breakfast and there was no empty food. I asked the restaurant staff and ignored the explanation. The restaurant management was bad.

I chose this hotel for three nights during the Spring Festival. The price-performance ratio was too high when I booked it on New Year's Day. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were all L'Occitane, and there was a Dyson hair dryer. There was nothing to block the view from the hotel. I watched the fireworks for a long time on the fourth night of the New Year. There are supermarkets and many restaurants across the road, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there were too few waiters during the Spring Festival. I couldn't get enough food for breakfast, and I often couldn't get enough milk. I had to take turns to fry eggs and noodles, and I was too busy. It was not until the sixth day of the New Year that it was relieved. Obviously there were more waiters. The lobby was very cold, and it felt like there was no air conditioning, but the room was quite comfortable?

The room is clean and spacious with a good view.
Especially the front desk girl Lei Lei provided very good service 👍🏻, gave many useful suggestions, and worked very seriously and responsibly. GGuest UserThe homestay is in the Baduyu Scenic Area. The room facilities may be one of the best in the village. The room is very clean! We have set a parent-child room and a big bed room. The parent-child suite has a small bed enough to sleep an adult woman (not too high), and there is a platform area where you can drink tea and relax, which is really good!
It is worth mentioning that the toothbrush supplies provided in the room are of good quality, and I feel the boss's full intentions!
We had dinner at the hotel and it tasted very good! Especially the scallion lilies are so delicious!
The most want to praise is the service of the boss and his wife, and they will get along with us as visiting friends. They will even play mahjong with us hahaha!

Driving through the entire mountain village, in the deepest part of the valley, where the air is the freshest and the most secluded, there is a very modern homestay with coffee, billiards, dining bar, and camping lawn, which is very suitable for young people to stay and play.
The owner and his family are very enthusiastic. They took us to visit the ancient town and the campsite. It can be said that they treat the customers as friends. It is a different kind of living experience, very nice!

I also applied for breakfast for my children, arranged a better room, saw more beautiful fireworks, and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Forget about the other staff. There was no smile the whole time, except for a female customer service who brought me water. If I were to rate the hotel, I would say that I would only give it 1 point. Whether it is the facilities, hygiene, or the service in the lobby, they are all very poor. Not having a refrigerator is something that a five-diamond hotel should not have, and not needing other floors is also something that a hotel like this should not have. I clearly told the escalator that it was broken, but the staff still directed me there, which made me speechless. The children's toiletries I asked for were thrown directly on the ground at the door. Don't they understand hygiene? So what if there is a packaging box? It gives people a very bad feeling, and the sound insulation effect is not good. It is really a very bad experience.

Because it was too sunny, I didn’t go to the water park. When I was strolling downstairs, I accidentally saw a big tiger. The big cat was also wilted in the sun. I will come back when the weather is cooler. Taihu Lake is really beautiful. For us, it is not inferior to Erhai Lake and Lugu Lake.

SSam - HangzhouIt was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc…
And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes.
The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

GGuest UserThe hotel gave two adult zoo tickets, and bought another child ticket in the hotel. I went to play on the day of check-in. It was very quick to check in in the morning to get tickets, and the service attitude was also very good. The hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the zoo. If you drive there by yourself, the zoo parking fee is reasonable, about 20-30 yuan for 4-5 hours, forget it. The breakfast was not good, so the child ate some porridge, and nothing else. There are a few tigers in the hotel. After a good dinner, the child went to see it for a while. The hotel is quite close to the ancient town, but it was still by car.
