This is my first time to write a negative review. I have stayed at so many Atour hotels across the country, and this one has the worst experience. This shower room is neither rectangular nor square. The shower room is already very small, and there is a wall in the middle. I was tired after a day of National Day fun and planned to go to the hotel to take a bath. If I was giving a bath to my child, I would We had to stand on the wall. In the end, we didn't even take a shower. There is still a dripping sound from the air vent of the air conditioner. I don’t know if there are no permanent residents, but the sink is actually rusty. When we came, we arrived at the hotel before another guest, but they upgraded the room type. When we arrived, the room was fully booked and we could not change to this room. I originally booked another night and planned to stay another night, but I was really not in the mood and checked out directly. Spending 500 yuan to live here, to be honest, I am not satisfied. Although we cannot change rooms, we should still have the right to express our opinions.

這家亞朵的奉茶服務非常好，大廳竹居書很多，借閲方便。不管在哪裡遇到酒店服務人員都會熱情的問好，房間乾淨衞生，無異味，枕頭很舒服，隔音很好，電視很大。房間還有無線充電和小度。很智能哦。一樓洗衣房洗衣服很方便，晚上九點半還有深夜粥道。退房前台小姐姐還熱情的給拿了一瓶水，很不錯的入住體驗，強烈推薦。👍👍👍👍🫰

定了兩間家庭親子房，粉色主題和橘色主題的，房間很大，孩子們很開心，房間外風景也很好，都是綠色，很寬闊，沒有遮擋，採光很好，最主要前台服務態度真好，外賣員把外賣送到附近別的酒店了，她們主動幫我們去拿送過來，真的很感謝。必須好評

酒店前台服務非常貼心周到，把入住的事項説明的非常清楚，因為離高鐵站近選擇了亞朵X酒店沒想到服務這麼好。房間也非常別致有趣，好可愛的裝飾，大人孩子都喜歡。

很好，大人小孩都很喜歡，要不是有事要提前回來，娃還想在那裡再住2天，哈哈哈哈

酒店的軟硬件都很不錯，前台接待的小姐姐小哥哥都對流程和設備非常熟悉，我們兩個房間入住辦理不到5分鐘，還貼心的告知了酒店其他設施位置和開放時間。 湖景套房相當寬敞，可以很清楚的看到前方的錢資湖，無任何遮擋。客廳也很寬敞，可以和家人朋友一起小酌打牌。浴缸十分乾淨，出水快。最重要客房的衞生都做的非常好，穿着襪子走在地上也沒有臟。整個入住相當滿意。 錢資湖的公園綠化很好，值得去走一走。餐飲的話可以去附近的吾悦廣場，選擇很多。

酒店服務很好。 樓層比較高，景色也比較好，有健身房。房間大，早餐豐盛。樓下可以借書。
