Ctrip’s housekeeper Lucky communicated with me before the trip and understood our needs, and was able to meet some of our requirements, which was great! However, the room was generally clean, and some dust could be seen at the head of the bed. We booked a parent-child room. The good thing was that there were dinosaur toys and welcome fruits, but some parent-child items such as bathrobes and towels were only one copy, which means that once they were washed, there were only ordinary ones. The children’s toothpaste provided was the adult version of Colgate, and there was no children’s toothpaste. This was our first time to experience Ctrip’s parent-child room, and I personally think that the extra money is not worth it. The hotel’s large swimming pool is 28 degrees, 1.4 meters to 1.7 meters, and the children’s pool is 30 blocks, less than 1 meter. Although the temperature is the same as other places, the place where the swimming pool is located is particularly cold, so it still feels very cold when it is more than 30 degrees outside.
