就休息一下上飛機 身體很不適 前台開錯房間導致我在門口等了很久站着等 還讓我下去拿房卡，等了15分鐘磨磨嘰嘰的上來了，道歉也沒有誠意，服務態度差，自己的錯誤為什麼要消費者承擔？給我們開的房間都沒收拾好讓我們乾等着 ？不好意思有用嗎麻煩酒店請一些專業人士來當前台吧 開的小時房，看評價挺好的才來的誰知道這樣，誰想開了房間在門口等待誰就定這家酒店 生氣！
