房間煙味很重，電視機損壞沒有，床單被套不更換（有異味，明顯沒有清洗更換），6號訂兩間房，實際衹住了一間，另一間太差，沒有住。酒店主動要求退一間房款，但是操作流程給客户帶來很大困擾，讓公司員工退房時拿另一間沒住的房費（酒店主動要求），但是早上實際退房時又出現變故。如此兒戲，先本公司宣佈公司所有出差人員以及客户，一律不會再次安排此酒店。
