Here are the disadvantages: I received a call from the hotel on the day of check-in to ask if I was bringing children, saying that they would provide children's toiletries, but there were no children's toiletries in the room when I actually checked in, so I called in advance in vain 😕; the most outrageous thing is that the booking page shows two 1.37-meter-wide twin beds, but after checking in, each bed is less than 1.2 meters, and the mobile phone measurement shows that it is only 1.13 meters. Although the executive suite was upgraded after subsequent communication (because it was fully booked during the May Day holiday, I could only upgrade one room when I booked two rooms), I also went through all kinds of troubles of packing luggage and changing rooms...

Exceeded expectations, room Sanitation: clean and tidy Facilities: Not bad, quite unique. Service: warm and thoughtful. Mother and son travel, the price-performance ratio is quite good, mainly because it is too close to the Dinosaur Park, right at the entrance of the park, just downstairs.

All good , but in winter , the thermostat fixed at 25C ( it says) but in actual it’s little hot , may be little uncomfortable and hard to get sleep, difficult to change the settings ( also settings can be changed in the room , there will not be real effect ) , need to go to front desk to check and it is not so easy to convince them to change . Apart from that , everything is 1st class .

A very pleasant stay. Zoe contacted me one day in advance to inquire about the check-in requirements. She sent different themes for us to choose from, prepared bed fences, and provided carrots when she learned that we were going to the zoo. After arriving at the store, everyone from the doorman to the front desk was very enthusiastic. Zoe sent us to the room enthusiastically and took the initiative to send anti-slip socks and small balloons to the baby. Fruits and snacks were prepared in the room. The Glacier Room is quite large, especially clean and refreshing. The one-and-a-half-year-old baby kept crying and having fun when he went in. There were not many people when we went there, and the simple meal in the executive lounge in the evening was enough. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. There is also a small lake opposite the gate. It is very comfortable to sit by the lake on this day. I highly recommend everyone to bring their children here. I will stay here next time I come to Changzhou.

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!
