The location of the hotel is very good, the surrounding environment is good, close to Wuyue, especially the traffic here is very convenient. The front desk staff was very warm and helped pour hot tea when checking in. It was very intimate and Nice! The room is clean and the equipment and facilities are fully equipped! And the room sound insulation is good 👍👍

Before booking, I was a little worried. I felt that it was too cheap. I saw the bad reviews. I shared my feelings after I lived. This hotel is still very good. The room is really small, but it is good in winter. It is not cold. The room is small and the facilities are still very complete, especially the bath water is very large. This praise, the towel is also sealed with a bag, maybe the wall is a bit dirty, but the problem is not big, and it reflects a problem, the glass sliding door of the room has been broken, I can't open it when I close it, the uncle who came to repair said that it was broken before, it should be repaired, In addition, the hotel's breakfast is good, although it is charged.

The service attitude of Xiaochao at the front desk is super good. They took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The floor height is particularly good. You can see the tower of Hongmei Park. My child likes it very much.
The hotel service is very good. Yogurt is delivered every day. Fruit is also delivered on the first day. Late night snacks are also provided. Children's slippers and toiletries are also provided, which is very considerate.
The location is excellent. It is within walking distance from the train station and Qingguo Lane. Takeaway can be delivered upstairs. It is convenient.
It's just that the flushing of the toilet is not very good. It takes a long time to flush the next time. It's a bit inconvenient.

The stay was very great. The room was mostly clean and tidy. The room size is big enough especially for the bathroom. The bed was clean and big with very comfortable pillows that helped me to sleep very well. The reception was very nice and gentle which provided me very homelike feeling. I had chance to enjoy the breakfast as well. There were plenty of choice for breakfast varying from noodles, breads, fruit, Tofu soup and different soft drinks. The tofu soup was my favorite which brought me a feeling of Jiangsu deli. In general, I feel very satisfied with this stay and will come back again.

Struggling to think of ways to improve this place. Great location near the old train station, Tianming Park and two metro stations. Professional staff, fast check-in. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. The bathing spa on the 3rd floor was incredible. There’s also a gym and pool onsite. The rooms were beautifully designed with cool pyramid ceilings. Mattresses were soft and I think they bought the best pillows money can buy. Pretty strong dedicated wifi connections, 20+ mbps. Breakfast was ok. If I ever come back to Changzhou I’m staying here!

Everything at this hotel was well done. From the greeting at the front desk, to the clean rooms and the amazing breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was so ideal for my trip in that it was not far away to the train station and even for nice walk and other activities.

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

RRittzzA new hotel with good facilities. The staff at check-in is friendly, although they seem young and somewhat inexperienced.
But the manager makes everything right. Gives a good introduction of the hotel and what it all offers.
The restaurants offers chinese and western food. The chef cooker ensures quality food with a very fine taste. Special thanks to Emily and her colleague for the good attention and care.
Room is equipped with good furniture, comfortable sitting and shower facilities. The air conditioning / heating was not balanced. I think there is still a technical problem to solve here.

The service was great, the environment was better, very quiet, the air conditioning and cooling were very good, and the experience was very satisfying. I will come again next time I have a chance. AAnonymous UserRecommend this hotel. Don't underestimate the old hotel, the service is first-class, much better than many new hotels.
Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.

AAnonymous UserUsually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
