服務：特別提一下客服人員服務態度特別好，凌晨晚上隔壁兩東北小哥太大大晚上很吵很鬧，跟前台反應，小妹妹馬上就會打電話調節，東北小哥太沖，小妹妹還讓我不要跟人家正面接觸，怕我一個人捱打🥹並且馬上給我升級房間換了一個房間睡覺，態度特別特別好，感覺跟回家一樣舒服，很安心，很感動～幾乎天天出差在別的酒店也遇到過素質低很吵鬧的主播，人家就是象徵性上來説一下就下去了。並未解決問題敷衍了你一下。對於睡眠很差的人來説是天使👼🏻啊，然後為了我睡眠好不遇到這種吵鬧的，就把我調到最盡頭一間房。儘量不吵到我睡覺。 設施：床不軟不硬，不會腰疼，枕頭有幾種，細節很到位，經常住五星，感覺這有五星的服務。 環境：後院有個超大的水池，跟長長的涼亭，休息可以在那裡坐一下午泡茶看書思考聽水聲，讓人覺得特別放鬆愜意。可舒服了😌😌😌😌 總結：下次還來。

After a day of playing, I decided to stay in a hotel close to the zoo. Chunqiu Waterfront Boutique Hotel can be said to be the closest one. The experience was that the hotel was really worth it and perfect for one night. The front desk service enthusiastically helped us upgrade the balcony room and took the initiative to turn on the central air conditioning. It was a very comfortable night. My daughter said that the hotel really deserves the word boutique. She has severe rhinitis and is sensitive to smells. There is a faint fragrance in this room that smells good and does not make her dizzy. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the bedding is clean and sophisticated. It is a pleasure to sleep comfortably. She was surprised that the paper towels on the bedside cabinet were actually Debao. The wash cups in the bathroom are also IKEA... Not only is the water view outside the hotel beautiful, but the room service here is also in place. In short, we spent the cost of a two-star hotel to experience the five-star environment and service. The trip to Changzhou was worthwhile. If we have time, we will come to see the red pandas and stay at the Chunqiu Waterfront Boutique Hotel.

Know this Holiday Inn since many years. Still my preferred choice in Wujin / Changzhou. The sport / pool / sauna facilities are however in need of better maintenance, see them gradually degrading over the years (overall still ok, but only OK).

Unfortunately, it is more than 1 km away from the subway, and the subway is slightly inconvenient. The service a**osphere is particularly good. They will remind you to travel safely when it rains, and will ask you if you want to take the mineral water provided by the hotel before going out. The surprise is that after a day of tossing in the scenic area, there is no restaurant in the scenic area to eat well. The children played in the hotel and didn't want to leave. This time we booked 2 room types, one is Star Wars and the other is Ice Age. Both are great.
