An excellent location for visiting the Chateau, the riding stables and the town. All are an easily walkable distance. We ate in both the hotel restaurants and enjoyed our meals and the service immensely. We look forward to returning.

Comme sur le site de l'hôtel; toile de Jouy aux murs, décor soigné, toutes les aménités d'un service luxe , et un exceptionnel confort pour la literie ! La qualité de l'accueil ( merci Perrine), le professionnalisme de tous; services restaurants -attentif - attentionné- professionnel, service bagages souriant et personnalisé, nous ont fait passé un excellent séjour. Uma estadia verdadeiramente incrível. Todo o hotel e tudo o que o rodeia respira luxo e tranquilidade. Numa zona altamente verdejante, existem sempre atividades para fazer. Visitar o castelo , andar a cavalo e até fazer um pic nic nos maravilhosos parques mesmo junto ao hotel. Tudo está a walking distance e o concierge bem como todo o staff da receção foi super simpático e prestável. O spa tem uma boa piscina , sauna e banho turco, ótimo para relaxar. Recomendo vivamente.

My wife and I just spent a night at Auberge du Jeu de Paume 2 nights ago before flying out the next day. What a lovely experience!! Our room was big and extremely comfortable with a beautiful bathroom! The hotel is elegant and plush; we had lunch at the bar and dinner at the Jardin d' Hiver - excellent food and delicious wines. After working hard doing business in Europe for almost a month , spending a day at L' Auberge was truly rejuvenating! I just wished we could have stayed longer! The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful! A particular mention for the Manager of le Jardin d'Hiver who is always impeccable and helpful and for the young man who was manning the bar in the evening ( I wish I could remember his name ). Service is what makes or breaks your stay and everybody at l'auberge was on point! Thank you for a great time! we will be back.

The hotel had a lovely warmth, character and charm that I truly enjoyed. The deco in the room was very regal and the room so comfortable. Beyond the deco the food at the Auberge was absolutely delicious, from the breakfast selection to the restaurant gastronomique everything was spot on.

Nous séjournions en ce pont du 8 mai de nouveau à l'Auberge du Jeu de Paume, après de nombreux et toujours très agréables séjours. Nous avons eu le plaisir de retrouver l'incroyable calme de cet hôtel pourtant au cœur de la jolie ville de Chantilly, et l'extrême élégance de son cadre. Fidèles à leurs habitudes, les équipes ont fait preuve d'une grande bienveillance et de délicates attentions tout au long de notre séjour. Nous tenons en particulier à remercier le nouveau Directeur Général de l'hôtel et Perrine pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil si chaleureux lors de notre arrivée ! Nous avons bénéficié d'une magnifique chambre prestige avec une belle et grande terrasse dominant le parc du château. A l'occasion de notre séjour, nous avons pu profiter du Spa, de ses très agréables installations et des délicats soins prodigués - le Grand Relaxant porte notamment particulièrement bien son nom ! Nous avons dîné au Jardin d'hiver, qui propose une carte mettant à l'honneur des produits locaux et de saison ; et avons eu le plaisir de prendre un verre sur la splendide terrasse de l'hôtel lors de l"Apéro Chic", la nouvelle formule piano-bar proposée désormais chaque jeudi soir. Nous avons quitté l'Auberge ressourcés après cette parenthèse de douceur et de repos. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y revenir !

we went to lunch this afternoon following a gift voucher won at france bleu picardie we were well received by all the staff including christian, thanks also to the valet for his kindness. Everything was perfect from the starter, main course, and dessert.

A very young, friendly and helpful staff although sometimes the message fell through the cracks. Just minor things. Breakfast was quite pricey and not as great as we expected for the price.
Lovely large rooms and just adjacent to the chateau so very convenient. Nearby nice restaurants.
Pool is heated and sauna and steam were great!
Definitely a beautiful property.
We also appreciated that we were able to modify our stay to leave early to care for a sick family member.
