Staybridge Suites Chantilly Dulles Airport

The hotels charged me additionally for some services I haven't ordered. They said that I ordered something to my room when I was not even in the hotel and they have refused returning the money back and were extremely rude. The have never met so rude people on the reception in any hotel

I decided to stay out closer to Dulles Airport (IAD) to make transport easier the day of travel, and I think I chose a good property to stay at. Everything about my stay was just easy, check in to check out everything was just smooth and efficient. The room itself was a typical Staybridge Suites layout, and would be absolutely perfect for a longer stay. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good and dining area was nice. The gym at this property was excellent.

AMAZING! Five star service and hospitality that rivals world class luxury hotels! Amy and her staff are truly dedicated to making you feel at home and with every need attended to. My family and I stayed here for an extended period and the warm welcomes every morning and evening, elaborate breakfasts, and exceptional amenities all made for a memorable stay that was only further enhanced by Amy and her team's hospitality. Truly, it has been some time since my family and I stayed at Staybridge Suites Chantilly and we have since stayed at some world class hotels. Nevertheless, we still talk about the amazing quality of service given by Amy and her team...and measure other hotels against Staybridge Suites Chantilly's gold standard. If you're looking for a phenomenal hotel in the Chantilly area, do yourself a favor and stay here!!!

We have been here before and everything was very good there. But now it has gotten very bad. The rooms are not clean, the bathroom is dirty and the breakfast is a disaster. Worst Staybridge we have ever stayed at. Even as an IHG Platinum Elite Member there was no upgrade or welcome amenity at check-in. Sorry, never again!

Great location. Lovely big rooms great value. free laundry. Friendly staff. Free parking. Breakfast good . Not too busy. Lots of places to eat around. Close to air/space museum Comfortable beds. Clean hotel . Would highly recommend . Will return

We stopped at The Staybridge for one night en route to Washington. The hotel has recently been refurbished. My wife and I were very impressed with everything apart from the breakfast options. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Our room had a kitchen area and separate lounge. Amazing value for money. It is on the flight path from the airport but this wasnt a distraction. The hotel is away from a main road which is a bonus. Very highly recommended.

This hotel was my home for approximately a month due to an extended work trip in the NOVA/DC area. Overall, very good experience. The breakfast lady and Amy (the manager) were both extremely friendly. Additionally, some of the other front desk clerks would pick with me and cut up from time to time, which definitely helped with the stress of being away from home. There’s a walking path and nice pond for walking around that looks like it’s owned & maintained by the numerous hotels around Staybridge Suites so I’d often go outside and catch some clean air when I wasn’t working. If you’re looking to go to DC via metro, this is not the hotel for you- it’s approximately 15 minutes to the nearest metro station with a 45 minute ride into the city. Overall, excellent stay.
