The environment is really good, a homestay hidden in the downtown area. The owner's service attitude is also very enthusiastic. Before I checked in, he patiently taught me how to park and how to get to the store (parking is free). It's just right for a family of three or four to stay at 980 yuan in the off-season. It's a special kind of fun to sit in the small courtyard and make some tea in the afternoon. I especially recommend the quaint small courtyard

The hotel service is very good and enthusiastic. The service attitude of the lady in room 07 is particularly good. The sanitation is very clean. It is close to the scenic area and convenient to get in and out. The overall feeling is very comfortable. There is a small refrigerator in the room, and biscuits, drinks, and purified water are provided. When checking out, the lady also gave two monk fruits.

The most incredible hotel stay in China after more than 3 weeks travelling around Xinjiang, Beijing and Xiamen. I have only superlatives in describing every moment and experience at Chaozhou Nanyi from the cleanliness, rooms, beds, bathrooms with the latest high-tech toilets, showers etc. The deco along the passageways, room layout is just so tastefully laid out. The unit I had comprised a master bedroom, another separate single room, a spacious sitting/tea/tv lounge, 2 separate bathrooms with latest high-tech features and a walk-in closet. The breakfast is more than ample from a western to a noodle station to suit your choice of ingredients. Tea and light snacks is served every afternoon, including a late night bowl of noodles, if you are hungry. This hotel surpasses my every expectations of what a top 5 stars hotel should be, much better than some of the Kempinski’s I’ve stayed in, in Europe! And it’s surprisingly affordable! No doubt my hotel of choice in Chaozhou!

The room is actually better than the photo. The layout is very reasonable and the facilities are new. It is very clean and the security is very good. It is very quiet at night and I slept well all night. The landlord is very reliable. Every time I contact him, he replies in seconds. If I have any questions, he can also give a satisfactory answer. I will recommend this homestay to my friends~

Ii recently had the pleasure of staying at Hans XiHu for a three-day trip, and I am thrilled to say that we made the right choice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a fantastic experience. First the hotel is small but clean. Our balcony room was well appointed with modern Chinese accents. This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

We have had a fabulous time since arriving at the hotel. We were received by very friendly and helpful receptionists. The room is very clean and is well stuffed with toiletries, the Aircon is cold to my liking but can be adjusted accordingly. The roof terrace is very scenic, however, the views of the Guangjie Bridge is only in partial view. The location is superb, walkable to all the top attractions. The hotel breakfast is at nearby with delicious local dishes. The owner is ever so helpful, her service is above and beyond to cater to my mum. Lastly but not least, we are overall very happy with the service we received from this hotel and will highly recommend anyone looking to look for a 5 star accomodation. The hotel lobby is elegantly decorated and very clean. There is a self-service bar next to it - the flower tea tastes good. The room is also large, with good facilities and affordable prices. The room is clean and sanitary with complete basic facilities - the bedside also comes with a data cable, so you can charge it if you forget to bring it. There is also a door-to-door laundry service, which is free. Recommended ~ Chaozhou is also a good city and worth a visit

Here are some area can improve: shower floor is slippery, enforced on smoking prohibited policy in building premises, hotel lobby.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is not far from the ancient city, but there is a distance, so it is not noisy. The hotel has a sightseeing bus to Guangji Bridge, but due to traffic control, it cannot be delivered to the front. Walk along the Hanjiang River and buy a hairpin to make a hairdo. The things in the scenic area are not expensive. This must be praised for the ancient city of Chaozhou. There were not many people in the scenic spot yesterday, and it was convenient to eat and walk. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and took the initiative to upgrade our room type. The room is quite large, the pillows are very comfortable, one latex pillow and one low pillow. The shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and hand soap are all orange-flavored, which feels very good. The breakfast is also good. There are not many people. The noodles and rice noodles are delicious, and there are oil oranges and yellow peaches. There is just a small problem. The small floor lamp is too sensitive at night, and it will light up when turning over. Everything else is really good. Recommend friends who go to Chaozhou to play must choose here.
