It's great that the B&B has a parking lot. When you enter the door, you can see the tea bar and book bar, which are quite unique. The room you booked is on the second floor, with a large floor-to-ceiling window that allows you to directly see the mountain view outside. The room is large and well-planned, equipped with tea sets, tea leaves and mineral water. The bathroom is spacious, with a lighted mirror and a bathtub for bathing and showering, which is quite thoughtful. There are leisure chairs outdoors, and you can see the swimming pool downstairs. It is quiet and comfortable. Free breakfast for two and free tickets to the Tea Museum are provided. In general, this is a value-for-money B&B and is highly recommended!

It is said that it is a small apartment, no one manages it, it is hosted to the Vienna hotel downstairs, the promotional page has a balcony, the luxury mountain view is set, it is actually half a window, where can the mountain view be seen! The scenic area is nice and suitable for family vacations. It is clean. Maybe the typhoon is coming and it is raining. The temperature is about 20℃. It is very cold to wear short sleeves and need to add a coat. There are not many people staying. The place where you live is far from the check-in place. I asked the front desk, but there is no parking shuttle. I have to drive there by myself. The waiter didn't see it, and there are no recreational facilities. The room we stayed in was just on the roadside, and the wind was howling at night. The breakfast in the morning is generally not very rich.

This time I mainly went to visit the Phoenix Dancong. I searched for hotels near Phoenix Mountain. I didn’t have my favorite. Later, I was attracted by the name of the room of this hotel. I used the name of the Phoenix Dancong ten fragrances. I felt that I wanted it. The time we came was wrong, it was too cold...
However, the sun came out a little the next day. I listened to the authentic boss telling the source story of the single cluster and understood the history and characteristics of some single clusters. After breakfast, the boss took us to visit the tea mountain and listened to the boss Lin teacher to share the experience of making tea in the generations and see the leaf type of each tea. It is not easy to feel all this, and it is even more loving. I really feel the difficulty of every tea coming to us. I am grateful for every tea and leaf I have known.

Not perfect, still under construction, the twin room bathroom is super small, almost can not turn around, then change to a big bed room is much better, there is a balcony, you can watch the sunrise, there is free parking space, breakfast is white porridge and eggs.

Drive north all the way, pass Chaozhou, and set the location at the high speed. Because I fancy the big courtyard here.
It was more than one o'clock in the morning, and the boss waited for us to wait until a little more. His mantra is: have a cup of tea first.
There is a dog at the door and in the court, and the boss obviously prefers the one in the court. The door is actually very good, generally quiet. It rains and there is no chance to interact with them.
The next day, I didn't have time to experience farm food, and I will come again next time.
The location is relatively biased, suitable for parents or couples to drive for a small weekend,

First the hotel is small but clean. Our balcony room was well appointed with modern Chinese accents. This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring.
The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities.
One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient.
However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable.
Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

PPaul. SThe best part of this place is the location, right behind YUY Hotel at the junction of Paifang Street (Taiping Rd) and Xima Road. You can just walk a few minutes to Kaiyuan Temple, Guangji Gate and Guangji Bridge. At 5.30pm, they remove the pontoons in the middle of the bridge and at 8pm, there is a light show. Food is abundantly found in the surrounding streets. Access to this hotel is via the 2 lanes beside YUY Hotel from Paifang street or Xima Road. The boss and his wife communicate in Mandarin, so Google translate will come in handy. Before checking in, you need to inform the inn of the time of arrival so that the boss can meet you. We were given a key card and complete freedom to go in and out anytime. The place is quiet and very clean. It is also quite new. Amenities are good quality, towels and bedding all good. Perfect for an independent traveller. Hosts are friendly and helpful. There is a washing machine and place for drying clothes on the rooftop. If you come from Chaosan train station, take bus K2 and stop at the Central Hospital opposite West Lake and walk to the inn in about 10-15mins. Make sure you have WeChat installed in your phone to communicate with the host.

ZZouwenjiaThe environment is really good, a homestay hidden in the downtown area. The owner's service attitude is also very enthusiastic. Before I checked in, he patiently taught me how to park and how to get to the store (parking is free). It's just right for a family of three or four to stay at 980 yuan in the off-season. It's a special kind of fun to sit in the small courtyard and make some tea in the afternoon. I especially recommend the quaint small courtyard

Major complaint was cleaning staff entering my room after I left the hotel despite my Do Not Disturb light was on. I was sure it was on because it is my usual practise, and I double-checked it that morning when I left the hotel. And the room service (which I did not expect) was chaotic. Used towels and bath rope were taken without replacement, and unused towels were somehow rearranged. Filled up some disposable utensils but were not tidily placed e.g. the slippers looked like being casually tossed around on the floor.
Instantly realized someone had entered my room when I arrived at my room door that evening as I could see the DND light was turned off. Hotel explained that the cleaning staff was unaware of the DND light. How ridiculous! It was deliberately turned off. Worse, how the hotel tried to keep the hassle low key by offering me free bfast or something was disappointing. I don't think the hotel had geniuely tried to understand how I see it as an intrusion, and how unacceptable that was to me. I did not feel safe when I found out someone entered my room against my will. Probably won't visit Chaozhou again and prefer not to stay with Crowne again.

GGuest UserThe most incredible hotel stay in China after more than 3 weeks travelling around Xinjiang, Beijing and Xiamen. I have only superlatives in describing every moment and experience at Chaozhou Nanyi from the cleanliness, rooms, beds, bathrooms with the latest high-tech toilets, showers etc. The deco along the passageways, room layout is just so tastefully laid out.
The unit I had comprised a master bedroom, another separate single room, a spacious sitting/tea/tv lounge, 2 separate bathrooms with latest high-tech features and a walk-in closet.
The breakfast is more than ample from a western to a noodle station to suit your choice of ingredients.
Tea and light snacks is served every afternoon, including a late night bowl of noodles, if you are hungry.
This hotel surpasses my every expectations of what a top 5 stars hotel should be, much better than some of the Kempinski’s I’ve stayed in, in Europe! And it’s surprisingly affordable!
No doubt my hotel of choice in Chaozhou!
