The room is quite new and very clean. It is very close to the Taifo Store. However, it is too hot in Chaozhou. I am sweating as soon as I go out. The attitude of the front desk is very good. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was already waiting enthusiastically to assist us with the check-in procedures. Xiaoding at the front desk personally took us to the room and the service was very attentive. Since we needed to wash clothes at night, we asked the hotel to provide more hangers, and the waiter Xiao Rong quickly delivered them personally. Overall, the hotel's environment, facilities, hygiene and services are excellent. We stayed two nights and the whole experience was pleasant.

The hotel's supporting facilities are very complete. The rooms have massage chairs, projectors and electric toilets. Every night, 2 bottles of coconut water, 2 bottles of soda, 6 bottles of mineral water and peanut biscuits are delivered. All areas are very clean and sanitary. There is a large parking lot downstairs, which is free. When you check in, you can cook tea around the stove. You can also barbecue in the garden. The ingredients are ordered from the hotel. The ingredients are very fresh and delicious. Barbecue and tea in the garden, children play in the water, it's very pleasant! Breakfast is a set meal, and children don't need to pay extra. But some aspects can be improved: 1. The temperature of the hot water for bathing is unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold; 2. There is no socket near the sofa, which is inconvenient; 3. The waitress in the breakfast area is very indifferent and ignores her.

As soon as you walked into the lobby, you could smell the fragrance of all-season standard tea and smell the standard smell. The room is very clean, and the window on the other side is also good. The breakfast has Chaoshan characteristics, I like it!

The hotel is very new, the equipment is touch screen and voice, the children feel very novel and like it very much. The little sister at the check-in front desk also gave us two free breakfasts. Although the breakfast is good in variety, it tastes good

Overall an excellent place to stay while in the city of Chaozhou. It’s pretty easy to get around with no problem if you’re like me who enjoys walking everywhere. I stayed at RM 3004 with great light show of the Guangji Bridge at night. Honestly you don’t have to go over to the other side of town to enjoy the light show. Spectacular view from your window. The property managers are super attentive and nice. High recommended!

入住快捷又便利。複式，但是天花夠高不壓頂，很舒服沒有壓抑感，浴室花灑水壓穩定出水大。出去景點也很方便，沒多遠就是廣濟橋，過了橋就是古城和牌坊街。晚上不用去廣濟橋人擠人，在房間就能看到燈光秀。價位比牌坊街的網紅民宿低，總的來説性價比級高。

Around 5 mins taxi to the entrance of ancient city, great view, excellent room design, particularly like the bathroom design! Exceptionally comprehensive gym equipment, neat and stylish gym environment. Helpful staff who helped to arrange taxi and recommend restaurant. Major complaint was cleaning staff entering my room after I left the hotel despite my Do Not Disturb light was on. I was sure it was on because it is my usual practise, and I double-checked it that morning when I left the hotel. And the room service (which I did not expect) was chaotic. Used towels and bath rope were taken without replacement, and unused towels were somehow rearranged. Filled up some disposable utensils but were not tidily placed e.g. the slippers looked like being casually tossed around on the floor. Instantly realized someone had entered my room when I arrived at my room door that evening as I could see the DND light was turned off. Hotel explained that the cleaning staff was unaware of the DND light. How ridiculous! It was deliberately turned off. Worse, how the hotel tried to keep the hassle low key by offering me free bfast or something was disappointing. I don't think the hotel had geniuely tried to understand how I see it as an intrusion, and how unacceptable that was to me. I did not feel safe when I found out someone entered my room against my will. Probably won't visit Chaozhou again and prefer not to stay with Crowne again.
