一般住酒店比較多，民宿住的少，但這家民宿是我住過最好的民宿之一，裝修及設施都比較高檔，除了環境稍差一點，其它各方面都很好。

和三家朋友一起11人自駕潮汕遊，在潮州落腳了本店，我們租了一整棟，1樓2個房間，2樓2個房間，3樓1個房間。老闆人很贊，不大的房子設計的很有味道。位置坐落在古城區的第四街，從環城南路上進第四街到酒店式最方便的。每個房間都有獨立的衞生間，酒店中庭老闆拿來喝茶聊天，到達的那天正好下雨，邊喝茶邊聽雨滴打在中庭頂部的透光PC板上，聊聊潮州的人情風土，倒也別有一番滋味。非要説缺點就是樓梯略窄，老年人還是用1樓的2個房間比較好。還有就是古城區的停車比較困難，智慧停車位週末節假日全滿。老闆讓我暫時先停民宿門口，後續再出去找車位。後面開車去的朋友們最好去人民醫院附近多找找，相對流動率高一些。酒店周圍飯店很多，都挺有特色，遊玩周邊如果全部逛到，最好安排2天的時間。

優點：可以提前入住，老闆會幫忙提行李上樓，配置一次性毛巾、浴巾，質量比我買的還好，空調沒關的，一直開着，進門就有涼快感，很大氣，有洗衣機和烘乾機，雖然沒用，但配置到位
缺點：房間有小蜘蛛，打掃衞生的美女，衹拿了掃把跟一次性的用品上來，沒看到有床單、被單，可能晚點拿吧。自帶陽台衹有兩張椅子，但是這是四人的房間，不過陽台很小，放多一張凳子都不行。樓梯很窄，然後更是又窄又直，提着行李超難下。最致命的是：1、特別嘈，摩託車聲、碰撞聲，我整整一晚沒睡。2、凌晨零點多點，突然停電了，打電話給老闆，第一句就説沒辦法處理，然後讓我們自己去看是否跳閘，但在哪裡看，他不知道，然後就説我們不會用電，搞到跳閘了，這種態度真的不敢恭維，真的不想發脾氣都不行，後面還是我們自己找到那個閘，然後搞回去的，我就想問，你家有什麼新科技的電器我不會用，導致你跳閘呢？
除了辦理入住的時候見過老闆，我就再也沒見過老闆出現了，好沒安全感

非常不錯的民宿，老闆人很Nice，民宿環境很好，在古城裡麪，天井設了茶台，可以隨時品茶，老闆晚上不在店裡叫我當在自己家一樣自己泡茶喝，房間和天井的空調是24小時的開着的，挺温馨的民宿，除了停車不方便，其他一切都很不錯，推薦入住，如果是自駕，請不要相信高德地圖導航的路線，聽老闆的話就可以了。

名宿在馬路邊的路口步行50米就能看到 名宿很有家的感覺 入住二樓整層 一間大床房 一間大床加上下層小童床 房間雖小但五臟俱全 廁所乾濕分離 一次性洗漱用品非常乾淨衞生 老闆娘會提前交代把房間空調打開 入住的時候開門就是撲面的涼爽 簡直太棒了 必須給個大大的贊 公共區域有洗衣機提供使用 一樓冰箱裏有冷飲 按需要自取付款 還有各類當地特產供住客挑選 充電器 醫葯包各類應急品免費提供放在架子上 真的很細心 老闆娘有空會來名宿泡茶喝 非常熱情的幫介紹當地的小吃和特色 天氣很熱 小孩比較多 第二天中午回來剛好碰到老闆娘 特別熱情的請我們喝了冷飲 小孩很開心 因為沒有買到回程的車票 繼續續住了一晚 老闆娘幫介紹了司機師傅第二天送我們去高鐵站 經濟實惠又方便 遺留在房間的衣服也是第一時間幫我寄了快遞 真的好感恩遇到了那麼好的老闆娘 那麼温馨的名宿 祝願名宿生意興隆 強烈推薦入住首選 我真的不是託
