店家服務熱情，主動幫忙提行李，民宿位置很好，步行幾分鐘就到牌坊街一帶的旅遊點，離西湖也近，周邊還有很多小吃店，旺中帶靜。房間乾淨衞生，裝修挺有格調的，很舒適的入住體驗。

在退房當天早上11:00左右，清洁员在未有確定我已否退房下，就用密碼自己打开我的房間，當见到我还在床上休息时，只說了句「哦，还有人在！」就出去了！

房間和照片一模一樣 環境很好 設施齊全 裝修也很簡約舒適！距離景點非常近 步行就能到開元寺廣濟橋～附近還有非常多好吃的🥳店家夫妻倆非常有趣，還給我們泡了好喝的茶，和叔叔阿姨聊得很開心！非常適合朋友們一起去玩！！臨走的時候把帽子落在民宿了，阿姨幫忙郵寄回來還堅持不收我們運費，真的非常非常好！！！下次來潮州還會選擇這家的～強推強推！

設施新淨、房間乾淨、有智慧型坐廁、環境寕靜、位置非常方便、樓上房間牀褥有點硬。

訂房時間有點晚，衹有面積比較小的房間了。但乾淨整潔，五臟俱全。可喜的房間隔壁就是個半封閉茶台，泡茶非常舒服，若是下雨天，想必更是愜意。位置鬧中取靜，離各個景點都很近。老闆和老闆娘客氣又細心，人很好。老闆貌似倪大紅，和他喝茶聊天，也是一大樂事。
