説真的，住過那麼多酒店公寓民宿。這是最差的了，第一個:訂的大床房，空間竟然小得可憐，門口就衹能容納一個人的轉身位置。房間內連坐的位置都非常非常緊湊。第二個:洗澡的地方排水是不好的，洗澡的水排不走，水都可以流出去外面，完全可以養魚。第三個:床頭位置的衞生真的堪憂，全是蜘蛛網或者臟東西。 給大家踩坑了。

真的非常滿意，前台的小姐姐很貼心的引導停車位，還因為我們帶了小孩給免費升級成了親子房，是非常好的一次體驗呢。
老闆有兩家店，這家是新來的，比較文藝範，是日系榻榻米風格，長者家不太習慣矮的榻榻米，但也很喜歡這家店的服務，特別乾淨，對長者家來説也是新的體驗！🥰
就在古城裡麪，離牌坊街很近很近，所以遊玩很方便。但也因為實在古城裡，所以對比起潮州市區裏，消費確實會高一點

很近廣濟橋和牌坊街，在村子裏麪，服務態度好，就是沒有電梯上下，不過也還好衹有三層，房間裏面很乾凈，洗手間挺大的，馬桶還是感應沖水，水壓很大，體驗感不錯！

2024開張，設施新，智能馬桶沖得乾淨，浴室去水也快，天氣酷熱空調充足，雙人房也給兩張房卡，客棧來說比很好，很多二三星級酒店也只給一張房卡兩人用。

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。硬件設施趕得上酒店了，床品睡得挺舒服的，沒想到民宿也能做得這麼好，廁所還是電動智能配加熱的，哈哈。整體衞生也乾淨，紙品質量好。雖然晚上九點後沒服務員留守，但缺啥酒店用品都可以自助領取。我們入住當天酒店自駕遊客人不多，車子停在了民宿樓下的免費停車位，不用拉着行李走老遠，lucky～

旅店很新， 很乾淨， 服務也很好。 我們住的是榻榻米房，有驚喜的。 但之後發現多個問題 ：
1. 浴室玻璃門路軌輪脫離了三個， 很危險。 但第二天便修復好。
2. 沒有熱水， 開了熱水後水開了一段時間水一點微暖都沒有。
3. 我們住在2樓， 樓梯的玻璃扶手是用金屬包邊， 包邊質量很差， 把我兒子的手也𠝹傷流血了。
4. 浴室的大門檔膠只是用熱溶膠固定， 但這麼新的旅店已經鬆脫了。
整體旅店好像是曇花一現， 優化空間還有很多。

設施：房間樣樣齊全，而且所有東西不夠都可以自行取用，但是這個榻榻米房太小了，放了行李後沒地方走，除了躺床上和交叉腿坐，沒有別的姿勢是舒服的。我跟我媽都是不到160的都覺得小，所以腿長的朋友千萬別選這個房型。另外是為了免費停車才選這家，停車場是要停到舊學府。如果沒開車的話，建議可以選離中心區域近點。
衞生：乾淨的，唯一缺陷是淋浴間沒有完全乾濕分離，會容易弄得衞生間很臟
服務：老闆很nice，因為去古城外較遠的租車點取車，耽誤退房時間，老闆也同意了，臨時停車也能停門口。
小建議，可以改善一下一樓區域的通風。因為一樓晚上不通風，所以一旦一樓有客人聚集抽煙，全部煙味就都向上飄到樓上走廊，儘管房間內抽風設施很好，門縫也做到很封閉，但是一進門和從房間開門外出一開門還是很大很濃的煙味。

房間很小，除了衞生間就一張床，如果帶行李箱去是沒法鋪開的。隔音一般般，能聽見隔壁房間的聲音。最主要的是前台不是一直有人，碰到問題打電話找老闆，老闆態度特別差，彷彿他才是付錢享受服務的
