房間雖小，該有的電器設備都有，不新就是了，但房間還算乾淨，還有陽台可曬衣服，關鍵是老闆態度好，而且離牌坊街和廣濟橋都近。對了，木椅很有特色，不足是一次性被套蓋在身上有點硌應下巴。

春節期間到潮州玩 以前來都是住在古城外面 這次因為帶着家裡長者 決定住在城內 節省時間和體力 離景點更近一些
打車衹能到牌坊街口 自己拉着行李走進來 走到了就能發現 原來就在城牆下 出門步行最多15分鐘 就到廣濟門了 吃的玩的都在附近 真的不要再方便 所以價格確實不低 趕上春節期間 很值得
樓門和房間門都是電子密碼鎖 入住之後老闆會告訴你密碼 房間不算大 但也不擠 消耗用品都是一次性的 辦理入住的時候老闆會給你 一樓大廳有老闆的茶桌 他會招呼你坐下來喝杯茶 從物品擺放看 老闆可能也順便有茶葉和潮州三寶賣
相對不足是沒有電梯 因為是居民樓改造的 房間層高比較高 樓梯窄且陡 上樓的時候 是老闆幫忙搬了最大的行李箱 退房的時候 一個女生搬着滿載的30寸行李箱從三樓沿着逼仄的樓梯移動下來也是沒誰了
有一點是我們下午入住的 用了衞生間沒有什麼異常 晚上11點多回來 馬桶就沒有水沖了 無奈把花灑拉過來緩慢沖的 一直持續到第二天退房 馬桶一直也沒有水
