When I came back, I saw that the service I purchased included late check-out, but the hotel front desk said that late check-out was not available. The hotel also asked me for a good review and sent me pictures and text. According to their reviews, the pictures they gave me were not the room I stayed in! Picture 2 was the actual room I stayed in, and picture 3 was the room I was given.
