They told you that the room was not ready without even asking for the reservation information! The soundproofing of the room was terrible. When the door of the next room was closed, our room would shake a few times. When the next room was taking a shower, we could hear the sound of the sewer in our room. It was absolutely terrible! The shower in the room was leaking. I don't know if it was a problem with the equipment or what happened? This is the first time I've encountered such a hotel.
