HORRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE - WORST HOTEL IN SOUTH GOA! The food at this hotel was DISGUSTING! Everything was cold, tasteless, and stale. The restaurant is filthy, and the bar served watered-down drinks. The service is the worst I’ve ever experienced – staff are rude, unprofessional, and they just don’t care. They took forever to serve and acted like we were a burden. This hotel is a total disaster! If you care about good food, service, and respectful staff, STAY AWAY! Complete waste of money.

DISGUSTING FOOD & RUDE STAFF - DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is a complete disaster! The food is GROSS—cold, stale, and tasteless. The restaurant is dirty, and the bar serves watered-down drinks. The service is HORRIBLE, and the staff are rude and don’t care at all. They took forever to bring anything and acted like we were a problem. Honestly, you're better off staying in a hostel than wasting your money here. This hotel is NOT worth it. If you want good food and decent service, AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs!

No sanitization. No cleanliness. Bathrooms are slippery and smells of damp. Bedsheets are dirty. You can find dead insects and cockroachs on bed. Pillow covers are stained. Ceilings are cracking. Half of the lights are not working, the ones that are working are broken. Pool is extremely dirty, can't even dip your feets there. Entire property is a mess. Mud is being dumped right at the entrance. Garbage is also dumped right besides the room. On top of this they didn't give us check in to our room until 5pm, as the room was not ready.

Very Reasonable stay, tasty food, cool & clam stay .We stayed there for 1 month .We enjoyed our stay with swimming pool. Rooms are clean .Room service was good. Staff is polite & friendly, helping nature. Near to the beach, walkable distance to the market.

A pleasant surprise arriving at cocos beach resort palolem. Simple yet tasteful rooms on stilts the front villas are beautiful on the beach with a balcony The only let down was the food and the way it is served and I think it’s due to short staff also the cleanliness of the eating areas need to be worked on Rishabh the manager made our stay comfortable I would recommend cocos resort if u don’t mind being in the south as it is far out from the rest of the places in Goa and transport is expensive in goa to get to other areas distances are far. Night party’s are happening on the beach daily. A nice place for youngsters
