Décor hidylique de l’hôtel avec grand parc, piscine et spa.
Cependant, nous avions réservé une chambre de 55 m2. Or celle qui nous a été attribuée n’en faisait que 40 alors que le personnel affirmait qu’elle en faisait 55, ce qui est une grotesque tromperie .
Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé quand nous avons signalé l’anomalie.
Le personnel s’est alors montré de mauvaise foi et même désagréable en particulier le chef de la restauration.
Nous ne reviendrons pas, c’est bien dommage car l’hôtel en lui même est magnifique.
Petit déjeuner peu fourni, indigne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et personnel abscent.

Côté positif : le personnel est très sympathique. Le spa est agréable, la piscine suffisamment grande pour effectuer quelques longueurs. Le buffet petit déjeuner offre un large choix pour tous les goûts. La literie est bonne. L'emplacement à quelques mètres du ****** et du parc est idéal. Côté négatif : On vous aide à porter les bagages à l'arrivée mais pas au départ alors qu'ils sont 2 derrière le comptoir à discuter. Mais le véritable problème vient de la vétusté de l'établissement qui nécessite des travaux de rénovation urgents. Vieille moquette (vaut mieux ne pas être allergique). Vieille douche avec de très mauvaises odeurs provenant d'une banquette en bois fixe qui pourrie (en tout cas dans notre suite). Pas de chauffe serviette (Acova ou autre) dans la salle de bain. Du coup il fait froid après la douche (octobre) et il est impossible de faire sécher ses serviettes de bain. Quand vous restez pour plusieurs nuits, vous êtes obligés de faire remplacer vos serviettes chaque jour. Pas écolo et ca coûte de l'argent à l'établissement. On ne comprend pas ?? Il n'y a pas de logique de ce point de vue. Quant au ménage, il est approximatif. Poussière sur les meubles, petit frigo sale ! En résumé c'est vraiment dommage car cet établissement a un gros potentiel mais n'est clairement pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Ils doivent en être conscients car les prix sont plutôt alignés sur un 4 étoiles. Mais même dans un 4 étoiles on ne se gèle pas dans la salle de bain. Quant à l'hygiène, chacun ses critères n'est-ce pas !

Today, at 2 pm, after my room was cleaned, the maid explained that I would not have any towels until 5 pm. I called at 5:30, the 6 pm then 7 to ask for towels. They arrived at 7:30. But to no avail, as when I awoke to take my shower before my flight back to Miami, the entire hotel did not have hot water.
This is not acceptable and I am asking for a refund for at least tonight.
