Hôtel moyen. Très mal isolé (nous avons entendu les ébats de nos voisins), literie moyenne, douche très petite. Très mauvaise communication concernant le transfert jusqu'à l'aéroport. Nous conseillons de prendre le bus (TEC A3). Arrêt juste devant l'hôtel.

Bonjour , tout d abord je tiens à préciser que le séjour hôtel à été parfait … personnelle accueillant , chambre confortable, et navette aéroport parfaite. La mauvaise note concerne le restau de l hôtel ! Tour d abord 50 minutes d attente pour halburguer frite et des pâtes … Nous étions 4, tous malade !!!! Nous avions pris l avion en gérant un enfant de 3 et 11 ans qui n ont fais que vomir la nuit et pendant le trajet ! Gros doute sur la fraîcheur des produits !!! Nous l avons signaler au personnel le lendemain… nous avons eu le droit à un désolé …. Au vue des tarifs demande, je pense qu un geste commercial aurait été plus adapté

I arrived and phoned to book a shuttle to be told it only ran at certain times so instead of the 5 euros I had to pay 20 in a. taxi even though 5 mins away. Reception was ok and thought maybe its a cultural thing. Went to my room and not impressed (as per the photos). The stains on the carpet was like that all over the room, the crack in the wall was bad and you can't see the full picture of the dust at the back of the TV and the reason I was looking was the tv didn't have a remote! Then went to have a wash and no soap, you had to use the shower gel that was in the shower and virtually empty. Went down for some thing to eat and the menu in French and that's fine but the bar man was not impressed to find it in English as I couldn't get my phone to work to look myself. Then I couldn't find anything to eat from the smallest menu ever and started saying 'what about spaghetti bolognese' can't you eat that?! I ended up finding cheese and bread on the dessert menu. Again I asked what does it come with as stated 'platter of cheese" he replied bread of course! so for 12 euros I received the tiniest pieces of cheese and the smallest bread roll I have ever seen. There was no where else I could of got food and went to bed hungry. Not once did they try and help me find something I could of eaten

Nous avons passés 2 nuits dans l'hôtel et nous pouvons dire que cet hôtel est super extra quant a sa situation et la gentillesse de son personnel. Nuits très calme malgré la proximité de l'aéroport de gosselies.

Ottimo albergo sulla strada verso l'Inghilterra o il Benelux, Parcheggio Gratuito e comodissimo, ottimo per motociclisti come me, buone camere, pulitisime ed efficenti, personale super cordiale e servizievole. Prezzi corretti. Assolutamente consigliabile,anche perchè, avendo anche un buon servizio di ristorante e bar, è perfetto per i viaggiatori. Non vi preoccupate del vicino aeroporto, l'isolamento acustico e' molto valido!

Overnight stay before flying from airport, next morning.nRoom small but adequate and clean enough. We added breakfast on when we arrived. 15 eoros per person.Was excellent and had everything from cereal to yoghurts, to boiled eggs cheese and also bacon and eggs. Well worth the money.Our room was top floor with an attic window and was very hot. Pillows not great either.Slight problem with communication next morning about our shuttle, as bus full and when we went back into hotel we were then told yellow taxi was for us, which had been sitting for at least 10 mins. Driver not particularly nice, but not our fault. Otherwise all ok

Très bien placé par rapport à l’aéroport de Charleroi, service de navette intéressant. Chambre: rien à redire, bonne literie, propre et calme. Équipe accueillante et à notre écoute. Restaurant de l’hôtel excellent !!!

Budget hotel close to the Charleroi airport. Tiny rooms with little amenities ( no hand soap in bathroom- only shower jel). Restaurant was good. Twin beds only. Carpet very dirty in rooms. Charge for airport transfer but it was very prompt and comfortable.
