Days Inn by Wyndham Charleston WV Reviews

This is nothing like the pictures! It was really creepy looking and at first we didn't want to get out of the car. The outside was run down. The room access was outside in a courtyard. The room was a lot smaller than the photos and had an awful smell. We left and got a room at the hotel across the street. I tried to get a refund and the hotel said I had to get it from Trip com. They told me they already paid the hotel and I would have to get my refund from them. I will never book through Trip.com again.

The clerk was unprofessional. Made a rude comment about us interrupting her smoke break. That smells like POT.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff was nice.
