Inn at Grey Gables

You arrive a stranger and leave feeling like family. Didi, Jack, and Chris were very welcoming. Room was lovely, location was great. Nice breakfast too. They are very detail oriented, your sheets will be ironed! (way to go Didi! 😁) It's a beautiful old home in a lovely area.

What a wonderful place to stay. My husband and I stayed here for two nights at the end of September/early October. From start to finish it was an effortless stay. Louisa greeted us when we walked in the door and was always cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. Louisa’s breakfasts were lovely and it seemed no request was too much for her to handle. For us, she made our stay perfect. The location of the B&B was excellent. Easily walking distance to the downtown core and in a beautiful neighborhood. If ever we make it back to Charlevoix, we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in August 2023 at the Belvedere was lovely. Only a short walk from downtown, the B&B was quiet, clean, and we were introduced to a fun couple from Cleveland who was also staying there. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good and our hostess was very accommodating! We definitely will be back!

We had a great experience at The Belvedere. Didi and her family made us feel very welcome. Our too with a private bath was lovely and cozy. Didi’s breakfasts were very good with lots of laughter and good conversation

We stayed there in July of 2022. Great quiet location with a quick walk to downtown. The rooms were spacious, updated and clean with comfy beds. I would have slept in but did not want to miss they yummy breakfast every morning. I highly recommend The Belvedere B&B and can't wait to go back this summer.

Stayed there August 5th and had a great experience. Excellent breakfast and owners very helpful and involved. They recently purchased and are renovating, it's partially done with more to go but already pretty awesome. Hope to stay again.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay at Inn at Grey Gables in Charlevioux. This is the first Inn we have stayed at where the innkeeper does not stay on the premises. The Inn doors are open and you have to call to check-in and call if you ever need anything. We had two sets of towels for three people so had to call for more. We were told there would be a wine and cheese hour in the evening but that never happened. House and decor lacked TLC. Hate to make such a negative review, but truly believe improvements are needed to make this an enjoyable place to visit.
