I travel with a CPAP and my machine requires distilled water to function. Shaun went above and beyond for me being a stranger in your city and was able to at 11 at night go get me 2 bottles of distilled water that were not sold in the lobby. This completely above the level of courtesy I have ever experienced in my 15 years of traveling for work. That man is an absolute gem of a human and yall would do well to always keep him around. Seriously, thank you.

Nice new hotel. Close to restaurants. Wholefoods is only a few minutes walk too. Some features weren't very convenient but weren't a big deal; like the stairs leading to the outside of the building only. I was staying on the second floor and when the elevators were slow (or one was broken), I'd rather use the stairs if they were going inside to the lobby.

Not happy with the room service
Didn’t have room service the whole time I stayed I did request it one time on Sunday. Request a clean towels and toilet paper. Because we ran out of toilet paper and no one came and did the service got back to the room at 10 PM and I had to go down to get the stuff and then they told me you didn’t have washcloths.
