I like safety car park, and I get bedroom/living room are separated., rooms are clean, Staff and Night bartender very friendly foods is good. But breakfast price is not including coffee!! I not mind to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. But most hotels are breakfast price have coffee included (plus breakfast not a buffet.)

Very nice location. had wonderful second time experience with hotel ambience, good food and friendly staff !

When I got here, there was no room for you guys. Is Megan on my name situation I was left in a bad situation.

The room was average, the suite was nice, and had a living room. The service was average, the front desk receptionist was very indifferent when I checked in, I booked a shuttle to the airport the next morning, the shuttle was late, the front desk attendant didn't care when the shuttle would arrive, I had to wait at the door by myself, the service was really bad

I really enjoyed my stay. Suite was spacious, nice size tv in both rooms and friendly staff. I was on the fourth floor and absolutely loved the view coming out of the room. If I could, Id live there.

Clean, comfortable and updated. No big deal, but why charge $10./ night for open lot, no security, parking??

We had a great stay. Austin was was extremely pleasant and accommodating at check in. All the staff we interacted with were accommodating and very pleasant. I know that can be a hard task in the workplace sometimes these days but the staff was excellent.

Although the property was clean and nice, the overall experience was horrible!! When I booked this hotel I went ahead and checked in and contacted the hotel and Hilton that I’d be arriving pretty late. They allowed me to check in virtually and provided me with a virtual key card for my room. Upon arriving we went to the front desk and got parking situated and advised them that my phone had died so I could no longer use the virtual key. The employee looked my room but I also verified what room number it had showed and she agreed and provided me with 2 room keys. My family and I went upstairs as it is 11:30pm and we’re all exhausted and the keys do no work. I went back downstairs and a second employee looked me up again with my ID and provided me with the same room number and keys my family which might I add includes a 10 month old go back upstairs and again the keys do not work. They have us sit in the lobby get a tech upstairs who discovers that there are actual folks sleeping in that room. Th hotel employee then advises me that my 2 queen bed suite is no longer available and my family has to share a king size bed. It’s myself, my husband, 14 yr old son, 10 month old son and we’re pretty spent from the travel: we had hoped for a great 3-4 hours of sleep before our flights but that did not happen. Not only were we crammed into one bed but we had to deal with a bunch of employees who all seemed like they didn’t want to work and not even looked up from a screen to help.

Last minute due to airline problem. Great friendly shuttle service. Easy check in - Wonderful customer service in the front desk and restaurant. (Lady from South America but cannot remember her name.). IRA was the shuttle driver and gave us history of the area in the short drive from airport to hotel. Early AM shuttle (330 AM!) was a quick drop off. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff who checked me in was amazing. She was so kind accommodated me any way she could. We arrived late as American Airlines stranded a lot of passengers and they even had transportation to the airport started at 4am. Mt stay was great here and the place is soo clean. Thanks for making my rough day a lot more tolerable.

Great staff at desk and bar. Couldn’t ask for better service. Nice clean rooms. Shuttle to and from airport.

I Loved Everything. It was quiet..Safe and I was able to rest. We had to retrieve Ice from the bar but overall Everything was Great!!

Travelocity did not forward my reservation to the hotel. Luck that the hotel was able to get me a room despite Travelocity’s total and complete failure
