I would stay at extended stay hotel. When I come back in town. The room was clean. It also has it own little kitchen inside of the room.So that was a plus for me.

I have stayed at many Extended Stay Americas this was the worst one. They collected a deposit when I arrived of an additional $150 just in case I was a smoker or damaged the unit. As soon as I entered the hotel room, I was assigned to, I immediately smelled a room full of smoke. I called the front desk they did assign me a different room, this room was not updated as stated on their website. The door had a crack around the bottom of the door large enough to see outside the room. The kitchen counter was very damaged the microwave was at least 15 years old. The kitchen burners or heating elements on the cooking surface were also at least 15 years old. The refrigerator made noise all night and had a layer of dust on top and side, which my husband cleaned before putting my food in the refrigerator. The kitchen hood had a layer of a thick layer of dust, which my husband cleaned because I did not dust and dirt in my food. I requested kitchen utensils, they only had a few items, I ended up going to Walmart and purchasing paper products myself. The breakfast was not as described, they were missing tea and fruit, no creamers for coffee, no yogurt no eggs. They did not have a water fountain on the premises, they had no ice machine on the premises. I had to drive to the back of the premises to dispose of my trash.

I love my room. It’s like my little studio apartment. The property is clean and the workers are so nice! I plan to stay long term. They make me feel so welcome here. There’s no breakfast but they make it up by having kitchens in the rooms!

Me and my family were in town a little longer than expected and decided to stay here. We were greeted by the most hospitable kind front desk staff and manager that made the experience there even better. The rooms were clean and spacious. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The customer service is extravagant, they accomadate you to ensure you have the best stay. The housekeepers are friendly and keep you stocked up on all items towels, toiletries, etc. Will definitely stay again.

We had two rooms. No complaints here. The rooms were clean, and there was a kitchen which came in handy. The outside looked inviting. Well lit at night too. The workers were very friendly and helpful.

I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised at the service. When traveling as much as I do you run into some bad experiences. No ***** or riff raff which sometimes you run into. Management was awesome and service was excellent 👌

I have stayed hear in lieu of signing a lease with an apartment while I was ill. My stay has lasted over three years and I can honestly say that the last year and a half has been much better than the first year and a half during the Covid ordeal. The last few managers that I have dealt with are great at resolving anything that might come up. The place is not new ,but it is a great value for folks looking for a place to call home while in transition to the next place or working out of town. I am moving into an apartment soon, and I will most certainly miss the staff here when I go. I have seen so many over the years and I have known a few for a long time now. Staff at any place are people just like you, so don't treat them like they aren't. I have seen to much hostility towards the staff in the hospitality industry for many years now and I have tremendous respect for those who show up and try to provide services for people ,and aim to please when possible. I am not the hardest to please, and I prefer it that way. Happy travels 👍!

I had the most pleasant interaction with front desk person DJ he was so nice and knowledgeable and was pleasant to work with my only complaint is with housekeeping they didn’t put much effort into mopping the floors and make sure the the stove tops are working for cooking meals. Also like they are pet friendly as well.

Prior to this stay, I’ve always had a very pleasant experience with Extended Stay. Since starting travel nursing, I was looking forward to more pleasant experiences with them. However, I was disappointed in the lack of service that the staff provided. On day five, I requested assistance with cleaning my room and was told I would not be getting any. No one can around to collect trash. I worked night shift and once the manager opened the door screaming at me about the trash I had set outside the room. It was horrible since I had just worked a twelve hour shift. To add insult to injury, the front desk came and banged on my door two hours before check out demanding to know if i was checking out or paying for a new reservation. In summary, this location is NOT a good fit for travel nurses.
