This is a very good hotel for the value. The people checking you in could show a little more professionalism. Bit everyone else was very good.

Good hotel, excellent location, good Breakfast, clean, I can return

When I arrived they directed me to my room that was disgustingly dirty. beds were unmade stains on the sheets towels on the floors.

This hotel was amazing. We got stranded in Charlotte due to a missed flight connection - one adult traveling with four kids. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Every staff person was pleasant and kind to interact with - from the airport shuttle driver, to desk staff, to the ladies making the breakfast (so delicious!!!). 10/10, I would definitely stay here again.

First time staying in a hotel with my family and it was the good the rooms are perfect size for a family of five 2 adults and 3 kids

We start at Holiday Inn Express often as we know what to expect. This location was in good condition, very close to the airport and has convenient shuttle options to and from airport. But, the service at this location was above average. We were only there 8 hours but interacted with 5 employees, everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

You have to pay 10.00 to park and can't pay at the hotel so you get another 1.50 convenience fee add to it. Service was horrible. Room was fine but no bedding for pull out and 3 towels for 6 people. Went to get more towels and 1 person working the desk and 20 people in line. Breakfast was not restocked timely and the 1 person working it was not enough. Pool is a puddle. Beds are hard. This hotel tries really hard at being upscale and trendy but has completely abandoned service.

Some areas of hotel messy, but otherwise great customer service and overall design of hotel were perfect.

Customer service was great and hotel was modern and trendy. Only complaint was that we had planned on using the pullout couch and it was not made and had no sheets available in the room and couch was dirty outside and inside. Pieces of food were laying inside it.

The staff were so disrespectful and rude. I asked for assistance with my Internt the white bald head guy was rushing through my check in. The shuttle was unavailable to take me to my destination

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel was newly renovated and very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Shuttle to and from the airport, friendly staff great hotel to stay. Ten minutes from airport and fithteen minutes from downtown Charlotte.

Staff at the front desk were incredibly patient and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Pool was great for the kids after driving 15 hours.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here both times everything was in order staff was friendly
