You have to pay for parking which seems completely ridiculous when you've reserve the room and there facility. When I went to Check-in the person at the desk acted like I was inconveniencing her. Even told me to wait instead of saying hello.

Very good!

I stayed for another night. After checking out, I found that the room charge for a colleague's reservation was deducted for an extra day. It turned out that the room charge for the reservation with Ctrip had already been paid. After communicating with Ctrip, they helped me solve the overpayment problem. Thank you very much Ctrip.

Breakfast is average, not proactively cleaned every day

Hotel is very good

It was a lovely room. Perfectly laid out plenty of plugs for electronics. Very nice shower bathroom comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again

The hotel was very nice loved the room, & the breakfast was good too as well. Would recommend looks just how it looks in the pictures.

Shuttle Driver and person who checked us in were awesome. The room is fine. It's missing a fridge where one normally would be; the area is just sealed up. I guess this location does not have them, which is a bummer. The room completely lights up if you turn on the bathroom light; even with the door closed. Super-poor design there. Bed was comfortable. Snacks for sale in the lobby, including booze...nice perk! Shower and bathroom were clean. Overall very nice stay.

Stayed for one night with some friends. Staff was super friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Will stay again.

The young woman who checked us in was horrible at customer service! Uncaring, bored to the point of being rude. She couldn’t even speak to us in complete sentences. The hotel is great, as was the chicken/bacon quesadilla in the bistro.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay after a long day of flying! Helpful staff that quickly checked us in. Super clean room with a comfortable bed! Good AC. Easy parking. Would certainly return!

Great location and hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only concern is they offered the same hot breakfast items on consecutive days but not a big deal.

The assistant manager was so helpful as well as the rest of the staff.
